Winter without Electricity

Bamyan is a cold and mountainous province that the winter is very cold and snowy and the water is frozen in winter.

There is no public electricity in all villages of Bamayn but some villages of Bamyan have separate hydroelectric that constructed by CDC and people use from its electricity for lighting of bulb in the homes.

In the winter that water is frozen it is difficult to light the homes and hydroelectric is off because of frozen water.

The weather is cloudy in majority time in winter to use from solar and charge battery for lighting of homes.

You thing if this time you have not electricity in 24 hours in other countries what happen to you, about lighting, using from computer and internet, warming of homes….

Life is so simple in Bamyan and adult just want electricity for bulb to serve their dinner and in the past people serve their lunch before evening and then they sleep.

Youth who want use from mobile, computer, internet… have a lot of problems with electricity in Bamyan and cannot use from technology because of electricity.
