Gathering for Women Violence

Civil society and human rights activist had a gathering in Bamyan against women injustice.

     This gathering was begun from Baba Mazari Spure up to Afghan Human Rights Independent Commission.

     This gathering was about cutting the nose and lips of Sitara in Herat and another girl in Baghlan that got sexual violence from several men…

    Baba Muhsini Representative of Shura-i- Ulama (clergy council) said guilty for Sitara case. He I am shameful for this nonsense action.

     Firishta Husaini read the letter of gathering that was five numbers: Passing of women law from Parliament, arrest of criminals, implementing of women law, notice of UN and Human Rights Independent Commission and force to Afghan government to approve women law and be agree for women treaty.

    The head AIHRC appreciate from this action and he gave promise to be serious about those cases.

   

  

Nelson Mandela Adversary in Bamyan

Civil Society, Linklon Center and Phoenix organization held a speech session in Bamyan center. It was about one and half an hour. It was in Linklon Center.

     Ruhulla Furugh made speech. He said Mandela found the value of freedom and Mandela wanted freedom for all not only for himself.

     Maria from UN said we know the meaning of peace. Mandela fought to decrease poverty in South Africa.

    Ismael Zaki the man who made speech, spoke Mandela did not get tired from his fight.

    Aliyar spoke Mandela was black but he wanted colorful world. All kinds of people were the same for Mandela.

     I want to add that Mandela was a brave man and he brought a big change in the world that history will save them. The next generation will appreciate him. Mandela become lucky, the world miss you now all people of world are mourning from all races, all religions and all languages. You made proud the human history. 

Discussion on Violence

Bamyan office of Afghan Civil Society Forum organization (ACSFo) held a discourse

among expert and university students and defender of women rights in Bamyan office of (ACSFo).

      This discussion that 50 daughters participated Muhammad Sajjad Musini representative of shura-e- ulama and Hawa Sadiqi assistant of gender in Afghan Independent Huamn Rights Commission, made speech about violence on women.

      Baba Muhsini said there is no discrimination in Islam between man and woman both of them are the same and they have the same rights.

      Hawa Sadiqi spoke about political rights of women in Afghanistan. She added women are not independent in voting they vote according request of men. She also said some law numbers of Afghanistan are against women, they should change. She said about obstacle: no awareness about law, bad tradition, no security, no implementation of law.

Human Rights and Sacrificed National Day

UN and Human Rights Commission offices conducted a celebration in Bamyan at Noorband Qala. In this celebration participants were from Civil Society, and human rights defenders and survivors.

     Chairman of Human Rights Commission Ruhullah Furogh said we have some obstacle in Afghanistan.  Security, implementation of law, transitional justice…

     Sabiq Aliar head of advocacy of sacrificed spoke about this day and he said we are familiar with human rights word since 2001. And we thing human rights is a foreign word that is not true. He also added that some person try to say all problems of Afghanistan are belong to three decades but that not right because Afghanistan was not good before three decades.

      Ismael Zaki co-ordinator of Network Civil Society and Human Rights said our people will ask Human Rights Commission and Civil Society defend from Criminals that is not fact. People do not know about law of these organs. 

Minestry of higher education law

The ministry of higher education of Afghanistan wants to approve a law. In this law they divide pre university examination according to population of every province.

     This law has a lot of opposition in Afghanistan among people, parliamentarian, lawyer civil society member… they claim this law is not logically and it is not for develop of Afghanistan, the ministry of higher education should make a law that prepare good competition among students.

     We also saw protest against of this law in different province of Afghanistan they said Afghan government must reject this law otherwise they will face with violence of people.

     Experienced people also thought this law is not useable. And it is not the same of other countries law in the world.

Summer in Bamyan

This season is summer in Bamyan province. It is a good season of Bamyan because you do not feel cold. The weather is also nice and clean.  

    Now I am in Bamyan and I feel very good. Because every time that I go to out of my room I see farm everywhere like potato, wheat…. And people are busy in their farms.

     I can see a lot of water in four side of farm that clean and good look for me.

    If I look further I can see snow in this season in the top parts of Baba Mountain.

Silk Road celebration

Celebration of Silk Road hold every year in Bamyan. For three days two days in center of Bamyan and third day in Band Amir National Park of Afghanistan. In During three days we have all kinds of traditional action. Local music and national music with local and national musicians. In different places like Noorband Qala, Chawni, Women garden in center of Bamyan. In third day it is hold in Band Amir with Buzkashi and concert.

     This celebration shows the history of Bamyan in arc of history. This is hold in first moth of summer.

Bamyan city

Bamyan is a very very beautiful and simple city and it is very likely for me in summer and spring. Today I went to Bamyan city it was very good. But in the when I went to Bamyan city some wind said welcome to and they accompanied me through Bamyan city in the shop…

     I looked all of streets and walls. I saw shade is coming through Bamyan city and it will take in a few minute all parts of Bamyan. But I could not find any lamp in Bamyan shop, street…

     Bamyan city is save for all kinds of people during twenty four hours. You can go everywhere it is not important who you are and which country do you belong it. Bamyan is opposite all cities of Afghanistan about security.

Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Rigional Bamyan Office

Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commision Bamyan Rigional Office hold conference about birthday of itself in Noorband Qala in 6/6/2013. In this conference vice of governor, vice of provincial Asembly, General Razaq from National Police and Detective Ferozi from Attorney general, Representatives of Civil Society Organizations, UNAMA and university stedents participated in this conference. All of participants were about eighty but the majority of them were men.

     This conference started with recitation of holy Quran and Broadcasting of National Voice at 9:15 am. Asif, vice of Bamyan governor opened this conference legally at 9:27 am. He made speech around 20 minutes. He accepted violence in Afghanistan but it had a lot of reasons. He added government is not the only reason for violence, he mentioned all of Afghans are responsible for this big issue. He said us a point of me poverty of economic and cultural are the reasons of violence. Especially economic has eighty percent effect in violence. Misunderstanding from religion is another reason of violence.

     The second speech maker was Hayat the authority of AIRC Bamyan Rigional Office. First of all he thanked from participants. Then he introduced AIHR. Second he described performance of Bamyan Rigional Office. He mentioned during his speech 2474 persons has complained yet in Bamyan Rigional office, 368 of them were recognizing violence. He added 73% cases were solving…

     He pointed on some obstacle: 1- making negative idea among people that AIHR is opposite of Islam. 2- Traditional observing in cases…

      Shafaq vice Provincial assembly talked the third. He talked from 10:11-11:31. Shafaq said AIHR is child it has only 11 years, but fortunately AIHR has done good, but in some cases has worked slowly. He criticized construction in Afghanistan. He added we stand for National Voice that mentions all tribes of Afghanistan. But in Electronic Identification Card does not mention the name of tribes.

     At the end representative of Civil Society Organizations made speech. He said Civil Soiety Organizations have worked with AIHR as partners and have three warnings in front. 1- Peace process that is unknown for Afghans. 2- Running to 2014. 3- War lovers getting power.

Protest to bring reform

Kabul University play the rule of other Universities in Afghanistan. Now all litracy criticize Kabul University because Kabul University is start before Tehran University. If we compare two Universities we see big difference. Tehran University has thousand topics in International organization. But Kabul University has not any topic.

     In past Kabul University had very good quality and accepted students from other countries. And it was the fourth top university in the world.

     Now it is a very bad and awful university. All students are not willingness with its teaching method.

     Social Science Faculty is a corrupted Faculty. All the time students protest against the head of that faculty. Before eight days 82 students are protesting against head of that faculty. They do not eight food and drink tea. Unfortunately ministry of Higher Education defense from him. Officials say these protest belong to one tribe.

Students protest increased in Herat, Canada, Bamyan…and many many civil organizations protect from them.

This protest is not racial protest. This protests are for bringing reform in Kabul university. And remove illiteracy from Afghanistan. All scholars say this is the beginning point of bringing reform in teaching method of Afghanistan.
