South Asia Football Competition

Afghanistan national football team played football with Bhutan national football team and Afghanistan won Bhutan 3-0 in the competition of south Asia countries.

Afghanistan played football with Maldives and Afghanistan won Maldives 4-1 and Afghanistan went to semifinal competition.

In semifinal competition Afghanistan played football with Sri Lanka and Afghanistan won Sri Lanka 5-0 and can play in final with India.

Afghanistan is famous in the world with war and brutal and poor and deprived people also accused to corruption.

Succeeded in sport can change the feature of Afghanistan in the world and show the ability of Afghanistan people that Afghanistan people have ability to do positive action instead of destroying action.

Sport can alley people of Afghanistan and remove racial, religious… discrimination among all people.

Successful in sport create hope among people and prevent youth to join at terrorism groups.  

Bamyan at 2015

The governor of Bamyan province changed in 2015 Ghulam Ali Wahdat the previous governor left Bamyan and Muhammad Taher Zuhair the new governor of Bamyan came as governor of Bamyan.

In 2015 Bamyan selected the cultural capital by SAARC because of conducted some program in Bamyan by SAARC and local government of Bamyan.

Bamyan nominated as creative city in UNESCO and chose as creative city in Dec 2015 by UNESCO as creative city in besides of 46 other cities among 33 countries of the world.

Head of health department of Bamyan Raihana Haidari left her position because of corruption and another supervisor came instead of previous head.

Head of education department of Bamyan Muhammad Reza Ada suspense his position and went to prison because of 90 million AFN corruption.

8am broadcasted a report about corruption of agriculture department of Bamyan and Prime NGO but head of agriculture Taher Ataie is on his position until now.

A chines man and women presented as a gift a machine to information and culture department of Bamyan that show the images of Buddha.

Jobless increased in Bamyan and NGOs left Bamyan or decreased their activities in Bamyan.

Bamyan was secure in 2015 and I hope that remain secure in 2016.

Secret Help of ISIS

Zaher Qader the first vice of lower house of parliament announced that he will ordered to his troops that fire to unknown air plane that come down in ISIS area in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan.

Qader said unknown air plane come down in ISIS area about 15 minutes then leave the area.

Qader said that government prepare the situation that ISIS beheaded the people of Afghanistan and he added if Taliban and ISIS fight, some air plane found and attack to Taliban not to ISIS.

Before Russia magazine by the name of TASS broadcasted a report that Hanif Atmar the security adviser of President Ghani and Masom Stanikzai the supervisor of defend minister of Afghanistan with help of western countries carry ISIS from south and east provinces to north and north east provinces of Afghanistan the neighborhood of middle Asia countries and Russia believe that western countries support ISIS because Russia support Taliban against ISIS in Afghanistan.

Some politicians claim that Pakistan is the supporter of terrorism and support Taliban and ISIS against government of Afghanistan.

There is unbelievable situation that who or which countries help ISIS, government of Afghanistan, Pakistan or western countries?

Election Will Conduct Next Year

Parliamentary and district council elections will conduct on summer or fall of next year in Afghanistan as Ghani said in last day to choosing commission members.

It is the time that lower house of parliament rejected the law ot reforming of election that prepared by a commission and accepted with president Ghani and it will present to upper house of parliament if its members approve then complex commission from both houses should reform to decide about election law.

ACSEN the civil society network said rejection of election law by lower house of parliament is opposite of national benefits and added parliament cannot approve election law in last year of their working according to constitution and network mentioned president should request from supreme court to describe its idea about election law.

Parliamentary election should conduct 8 months ago but did conduct because of corruption in election commissions and opposition between Ghani the president and Abdullah the executive director of Afghanistan.

District council election did not conduct in Afghanistan yet and chose its members by government and a person who went to upper house of parliament, went from provincial council instead of district council.

Commissioners of elections commission did not choose until now and will choose by choosing commission and then it will introduce to president Ghani.

Russia Help Taliban

Taliban is a terrorism party that come from Pakistan with help of western countries and occupied 99 % of Afghanistan with help of Pakistan.

Taliban formed an Islamic state in Afghanistan and limited women to home and punished women that were out of homes and killed genocide Hazaras in Bamyan and Mazar-i- Sharif…

Taliban ruled in Afghanistan up to 2001 and when air plane crushed to business apartment in New York then NATO attacked in Afghanistan and formed a democratic government.

Taliban fought against NATO and Afghanistan government up to now with suicide attacks and other ambushed attacks.

Now there is some report that show Russia help Taliban against ISIS and Russia mentioned NATO with help of Afghanistan government transfer ISIS from south to north provinces of Afghanistan in neighborhood of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

The report shows Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansoor met with Vladimir Putin the president of Russia in Sep 2015 and Russia promised equip Taliban.

Taliban that formed with support of western countries to fight against Russia in region, now Taliban will defend from Russia and fight against western countries like Europe countries and USA.

Now Europe counties with USA help ISIS against Russia in Asia and ISIS also going out of control of western countries. 

Request Serious Action and Legal Action with Ada

Civil activists of Bamyan conducted a press conference and request from government to act seriously with who are accused to corruption and specially those head of governmental organizations who accused corruption.

Reza Ada is head of education department of Bamyan that accused to 90 million AFN corruption and some months ago but with help of powerful men he did not experience his crime, now he arrested 2 days ago and civil activists of Bamyan is worry that with help of powerful men he will release again.

Ismail Zaki the central regional cooperator of Civil Society and Human Right Network (CSHRN) said heads of agriculture, educations and municipality departments are accused to more corruption and they are release that show helping of powerful men from them and he added employment of 917 informal teachers and low quality of education in Bamyan show the corruption of head of education department and besides of some people support him to remain on his position.

Husaindad Ahmadi the regional manager of Afghan Civil Society and Forum organization (ACSFo) also mentioned that some heads of organizational departments are accused to corruption but they are release and said if head of education department release again it make people hopeless about fighting against corruption.

Soghra Ataie that head of Afghan Women Network (AWN) presented the resolution that prepared by civil activists with issues of requesting from government to act seriously with people who are accused to corruption.

Zafar Bamyani the journalist ask that in social media broadcasted that an advisor of second vice of president help from head of education department and Zaki answered no implementation of law shows that from presidency palace up to simple government staff to corruption.

Kidnapping in Highways

Bamyan high ways that join Bamyan to Kabul through Parwan and Maidan Wardak both of high ways are insecure and people kill and kidnap by Taliban.

Some innocent people that came from Kabul to Bamyan through Maidan Wardak high ways and they kidnapped by Taliban and keep hostage in Taliban custody.

Many protest took place and request from government to make secure these high ways but government did not serious action to make secure these high ways.

People of Bamyan with help of government sent some of its resident to make secure Maidan Wardak high way but all of them killed with inefficient of security organizations. After sacrificing of them the high way unsecured again.

Some high ranking officials also sacrificed in these high ways Jawad Zuhak the head of Bamyan provincial council arrested in Parwan high way and killed by Taliban.

Sadeq Nili the representative of Daikundi in Lower House of Parliament arrested in Maidan Wardak high way and after some hours he succeeded to escape.

Government always promised people to make secure these high ways but did not any serious action and it make people hopeless that government is not honest with people. 

Reza Ada Arrest

Muhammad Reza Ada the previous head of education department of Bamyan province arrest by police and went to Bamyan in 27 Dec 2015 by order prosecution of Bamyan.

Muhammad Reza Ada made 567 teachers pensioners illegally and got the pesions of them with other officials about 90 million AFN that some of are not exist now he is accused to 90 million AFN.

Other officials also suspense the jobs of them and Sultan the head of education department of Shibar district of Bamyan provinces arrested by police and he is also in jail now.

Muhammad Taher Zuhair the governor of Bamyan when came in Bamyan announced fighting against corruption and Ada is a successfulness of Zuhair.

Before Ada also accused to corruption and with help of some powerful men closed the file of his corruption in prosecution.

There is also some powerful men that try to release Ada from prison and civil activists are worry that releasing of Ada make people hopeless to fighting against corruption.

Protest for Distribution of Electronic Identification Card

Civil activist and previous employees that will work for distributing of Electronic Identification Card (EID) gathered in Kabul and wanted from government to start distribution of EID.

The protesters requested from government that EID should separate with political subjects and having of EID is the right of every citizen that approved by both of house of parliament and signed by president of Afghanistan.

When the EID signed by president some people protested in Kabul and requested that EID should not distribute.

The main problem of EID is mentioning of nationality that some parties and people are opposite of mentioning of nationality.

If EID should not distribute by government the exact population of Afghanistan does not know and government that render services according to illogical appraise of population and some people are worry about exact population of Afghanistan because they will lose their power.

If EID distribute there is no cross in election and citizen of foreign countries cannot come in Afghanistan easily.

Distributing of EID can solve some problem of Afghanistan but obstacles stop it.

The budget that paid by foreign countries returned to donor countries because of suspense to start the EID distributing.

1300 people lose their jobs because of no distributing of EID that increase the number of jobless in Afghanistan.ش

Censorship of Data

The governors of Bamyan and Daikundi provinces sent letters to governmental organizations in both provinces that governmental organizations should not share the data with media before sharing with governors of both provinces.

NAI the supporting organization of media announced its stew for action of Bamyan and Daikundi governors and added it is censorship of data and it is opposite of constitution and laws.

Hayat Ensafi as spokesman of Bamyan governor rejected the letters for controlling data by governor.

Mrs. Miradi the governor of Daikundi said from his letter misinterpreted by media and she believe to expression freedom.

NAI authority mentioned that saying of spokesman of Bamyan governor and Daikundi governor are opposite of the documents that NAI accessed.

Fighting against Corruption in Bamyan

Muhammad Taher Zuhair the governor of Bamyan announced fighting against corruption when he came in Bamyan as governor of Bamyan with opposition of representatives of people in Parliament.

Zuhair was undertaker about fighting against corruption and head of education department Muhammad Reza Ada lost his job for accusing to corruption and other employee of education department accused to corruption but the result is unknown up to now.

Head of health department Raihana Haidari also lost her job because of accusation to corruption and there is the result of investigation about her.

Head of agriculture and animal husbandry also accused to corruption and 8am broadcasted a report about corruption of agriculture department and governor of Bamyan announced that the head of agriculture Muhammad Taher Ataei will lose his job and now he is in his position.

Corruption exist in other governmental organizations of Bamyan but there is no serious fighting against corruption in Bamyan.

Jobless Increase

When National Unity government formed president Ghani promised creating of jobs opportunities and development of economy of Afghanistan.

Unfortunately electronic identification card (ID) did not distribute a lot of people who work for distributing of ID lost their jobs and all budget returned to donor countries.

Parliamentary election that should be conducted by government did not conduct and people who work in parliamentary election lost their jobs.

Escaping of wealth from Afghanistan increased jobless and made the economic situation vulnerable.

Decreasing helping of world also decreased job opportunities in Afghanistan.

All the above problems are belong to weak management of Afghanistan government and conflict between presidency team and executive director team and other racial problems and interfering of foreign countries.

Security is not good in Afghanistan and it is difficult to create job opportunities and absorb wealth in Afghanistan and also corruption in governmental organizations decrease helping of the world.  

40th Tabasum

A 9 year old girl, 2 women, 2 boys and 2 men slashed their throat in Zabul by terrorism 4o days ago.

Beheaded transferred to Kabul and people took protest from Dasht-e-Barchi up presidency palace and protest was a unique and big protest to history of Afghanistan.

Millions of people participate to protest to seek justice for Tabasum from every races and types of people.

In this protest president Ghani promised to make secure the high of Afghanistan and arrest the doers of beheading.

After 40 days people gathered in Kabul and announced the request of protesters for Tabsum did not fulfil and government did not arrest the doers of beheading and did not make secure the high of Afghanistan.

After beheading of 7 innocent people in Zabul province, other Hazaras passengers kidnapped from high ways.

Terrorism also exist in Khak Afghan, Zabul province and other places of Afghanistan and also in Helmand province is hard fighting between Taliban and government of Afghanistan.

Prime Minister of India Inaugurates New Parliament Building

Narendra Modi the prime minister of India came in Afghanistan to inaugurate new building of Parliament of Afghanistan that constructed by India near of Dar-u-Aman Palace, Kabul the capital of Afghanistan.

The new building construction started from 2008 by India and spent more than 200 million USD and in 25,12,2015 inaugurated with Modi and Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan.

Narendra Modi mentioned India is not is Afghanistan for arrival and India is here for helping of Afghanistan.

Modi added Afghanistan people judge according to their knowing and not for saying of other and mentioned insecurity of Afghanistan make insecure the region and said helping and equipment of over border of Afghanistan should stop.

Modi announced 500 scholarship for offspring of sacrificed troops of Afghanistan to India and delivered 4 attack Helicopters to Afghanistan.

President Ghani said India is in our heart and those who come for fight in Afghanistan here is the cemetery for them.

India is a country that helped Afghanistan more than 200 billion USD and it is in grade fifth according to helping of Afghanistan.

India and Pakistan are arrival and Pakistan announced worrying about helping of India to Afghanistan and because of Pakistan helps terrorism in Afghanistan.

Robbing in Bamyan

Bamyan is a secure province in Afghanistan in fifteen year and all people returned all guns to government and help government for good governance and rule of law.

At the first time the history of Afghanistan Bamyan people experienced female governor and follow from all laws and policies of government.

Bamyan also remains deprived and no one attention to Bamyan construction and some people attempted to keep faraway Bamyan from attention of the world and majority world help spent to insecure province and other big cities.

In Bamyan there are a lot jobless and there are no job opportunities that cause crisis like going to foreign countries or edict to drug.

Jobless and addicted have to rob in Bamyan and in the recent robing are increased and some homes, shops… robed in center of Bamyan.

Police could not find the robbers and robing continue, government should find the robbers and cause of robbing.

Ski is one of sport of Bamyan people according to coldness and snowy of Bamyan in winter, people play ski and have ski clubs and conduct ski competition.

Ski equipment came in Bamyan about ten year ago and before it Bamyan people plaid ski with local and primary equipment and just plaid ski with wood equipment.

Tomorrow the 25 Dec 2015 will conduct a ski competition in Garganato the center of Bamyan because of choosing of Bamyan as creative city by UNESCO.

Every year in Bamyan conduct ski competition for foreigners and people of Afghanistan and male and female from all countries the world can participate in this competition.

Ski player from Bamyan got the high position in previous competition with primary equipment and no supporting of government of Afghanistan the competition also held by NGOs not government.

Ski player of Bamyan also invited to foreign countries for ski competition.

Now Bamyan is cold and snowy and a good place for ski playing and Bamyan is interesting in every place.

From Where ISIS Come

ISIS is coming to Afghanistan since one year and exist in some province of Afghanistan and try to join recruiters to them and want to create discrimination among people of Afghanistan because of kidnap and preach to opposite of some races.

Head of defend minister said ISIS come from out of Afghanistan from which vehicle come ISIS by them are belong to foreign countries and people of Afghanistan know who bring ISIS to Afghanistan.

Nangarhar is a province that ISIS exist and destroy cemetery tombs and kill people and in the recent ISIS broadcast an FM radio by the name of Caliphate Sound from Nangarhar province to courage people especially youth to join ISIS.

Before Qader the first vice of Lower House of Parliament claimed that some high ranking officials of government help ISIS like Hanif Atmar security adviser of president but no one investigate it.

TASS is a Russian Newspaper that accused Hanif Atmar and Sanikzai the head of defend ministry to carry ISIS by air to north and northwest provinces of Afghanistan.

Now head of defend minister mentioned that foreign countries help ISIS and did not name that which countries help ISIS.

Bamyan as Creative City

Bamyan people celebrated for accepting of Bamyan as creative city by UNESCO, Bamyan nominated itself in January 2015 to UNESCO to be creative city and in Dec 2015 accepted as creative city by UNESCO, 46 other cities from 33 countries also accepted as creative city by UNESCO about gastronomy, folk art, crafts… and Bamyan accepted for folk arts and crafts.

 People of Bamyan celebrated accepting of Bamyan as creative city with speech and local music and appreciated from UNESCO to choose Bamyan as creative city.

Folk art is also decreasing from Bamyan because ministry of Information and Culture does not attention to save folk art and replaced to foreign cultures which come with film, music and programs from foreign countries.

In far and deprived places also exist folk art like death ceremony, wedding ceremony special dance, play and customs.

Crafts are also in Bamyan because its residents are busy in animal husbandry specially women live with crafts from childhood up to death and fulfill the need of family and sell to foreign market.

It is an opportunity for Bamyan people to develop folk arts and crafts and show them to the world. 

Escaped Hostage

Maidan Wardak is a province that high of Bamyan-Kabul transfer from this province and people every day go and come from this high way.

Maidan Wardak High way is not save that a lot of people kill to this high way or keep as hostage to this high way.

The distance of insecure of this high is not much but government is not able to make secure this high way and this high way is insecure for Hazaras and Hazaras provinces like Daikundi, Bamyan and Ghor transfer from this high way.

Saqi Nili is the representative of Daikundi province in Lower House of Parliament and he arrested by Taliban in Maidan Wardak high way by Taliban between two bases of Afghanistan troops with distance of 50 and 200 m as Sadeqi said.

Sadeqi said that he kept for 4 hours in front of troop base but troops did nothing.

Sadeqi said when Taliban knew that he is parliamentarian wanted to exchange Sadeqi with Taliban prisoners but Sadeqi answered  to Taliban that no one believe to exchange prisoners of Taliban with Sadeqi.

One member of Taliban said to Sadeqi that they will kill Sadeqi as Taliban kill innocent people.

Sadeqi succeeded to escape from Taliban custody after about 9 hours. Before it Jawad Zuhak the head of provincial council of Bamyan province arrested in Ghorband another high way of Bamyan-Kabul and he killed after arresting by Taliban.

Hard fight in Helmand Province

Helmand is a province of Afghanistan that is neighbor to Pakistan and also the rising place of Taliban and the majority of this province is Pashtun residents and it is the place of fight between government and Taliban.

Hard fighting is in continuation in Helmand and majority of districts of this province is insecure and among 14 district just 4 of them are secure but other of them are in fight or under control of Taliban.

Sangeen is a district of Helmand that hard fighting is in progress and majority places of this districts are under the control of Taliban.

90 police killed in Helmand at recent fight of Taliban and government and there is no cooperation among Afghanistan troops that cause the defeat of Afghanistan troops.

Unwillingness of people from government provoke continuation of war in Helmand.

Helmand is the place of poppy cultivation and terrorists get a lot money from poppy cultivation and according to some report annual advantage of poppy is 70 billion USD and just 2.5 billion USD reach of Afghanistan farmers and other of the advantage is for terrorism that cause insecure of this province.

Tapi project that among Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India that transfer from Helmand because terrorism want to insecure this province to stop this project.

Some politician believe that peace talking is also relevant to fight in Helmand and Taliban want to talk with government of Afghanistan as a powerful rival.

Sima Joyenda Dethroned from Her Position

Sima Joyenda the female governor of Ghor province dethroned from her position and changed her position from governor of Ghor province as vice of Kabul governor but she did not accept and she does not want work with National Unity Government.

Mrs Joyenda and Muradi were the two female governors of Ghor and Daikundi provinces in National Unity Government, before Habiba Sarabi was the first female governor of Bamyan province.

Sema Joyenda was a representative of Ghor in Lower House of Parliament before as governor of Ghor, Joyenda said that she was representative of people and government requested her to be governor of Ghor. Now she does not know why government changed her position and she added if she did crime she should punish and changing is not acceptable for her.

The deputy governor of Ghor that accused to corruption with no allowing to go to foreign but now he is the head of Ghor province.

A girl killed by Mullah Imam

An Afghan-American girl killed in Kabul with Mullah Imam, the Mullah Imam shot when coming from gym in Karta-e-4 Kabul, and Mullah Imam arrested by Afghanistan troops.

The Mullah injured during arresting because Mullah shot to Afghanistan police and he is in Wazir Akabr Khan Hospital now.

The Mullah Imam of Carta-e-4 mosque is for 3 year as Mullah Imam in Karta-e-4 mosque and it is unknown that Mullah Imam is belong to which party.

It is not the first time killing in Kabul in this two months Ahmad Saidy the politician and aware from Pakistan affairs, shot to by terrorists in Kabul that Saidy injured but not killed.

Jawid Kohestani is another political that terrorists wanted to attack but could not because his neighbors knew and made aware Kohestani and terror attack canceled.

One year ago Farkhunda burned in Kabul because the Mullah Imam of Shah Do Shamshera said that Farkhunda burned the written verse of holy Quran.

Fight at Helmand

Fight continue seriously in Helmand and official of this province said if central government does not attention to Helmand otherwise this province will conquer by Taliban.

People are worry that Helmand does not conquer by Taliban like Kundoz province that conquered by Taliban three month ago and people got disadvantages and sacrificed innocent people and government occupied very difficult with the help of American airstrikes.

Second vice spokesman mentioned that government of Afghanistan has plan to save Helmand province from terror attack.

Politician also believe that Helmand situation is not like Kundoz province and official of Helmand requested from help from central government and Kundoz conquered and no one were aware.

Climate situation changed the place of fighting in Afghanistan, Northern Province are cold and south provinces are warm because fighting took place is warm provinces.

Peace talking will start between Afghanistan and Pakistan government and Pakistan will make Taliban to participate in peace talking with government of Afghanistan about peace talking.

Political Organizations of Bamyan

Local government of Bamyan in 18 Dec 2015 conducted an advisory session with CDC, Ulama council, political parties’ council, media, civil activists, human right activists, women right activists and government officials.

Muhammad Taher Zuhair the governor of Bamyan talked about obstacles of Bamyan for development like social problems, misinterpreting from civil activities and involving of organizations of Bamyan in politics.

The governor of Bamyan said politics exist in all organizations of Bamyan that employment and presenting services and all the things are politically.

Muhammad Taher Zuhair the governor of Bamyan promised that he will remove politics from organizations of Bamyan and want help from the participants.

The governor announced that he is belong to Khalili Party and he proud to be a member of this party and undertook does not involve politics in his works.

Ghani Opened the Building of Interior Affairs Ministry

Muhammad Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan opened a new building of Interior minister that constructed by Budget of USA.

In this session Ghani said long bureaucracy is not acceptable for me and they should be short because martyr family troops cannot complete the bureaucracy for one year to find salary after sacrificing of the troops.

Ghani added the national police should be professional and national police are not professional and majority of them are illiterate that cannot read or write.

In interior affairs minister is also corruption and some fuel treaty also obviously clear to people and also canceled.

Employment is also with corruption and politically and power men and high ranking officials employ police to the minister or make high the position of police, honest police without power cannot make high their position or do job in secure places. 

Harasat and Subat Council

Harasat and Subat council formed from war lord leaders and previous high ranking officials of previous government like Abdul Rab Rasul Saiiaf, Muhammad Unis Qanuni, Muhammad Omar Dawood Zai, Besmillah Muhammadi, Zalami Rasul, Sadiq Mudabbir, Muhammad Ismail Khan, Ibrahimi…

This council announced its existence at 18 Dec 2015 with preach of its high members and Abdul Rab Rasul Saiiaf said this council is not opposition of government and want bring reform to this government and added government should conduct Loia Jerga of changing constitution, conducting of Parliamentary election and said if government does not these people will make other decisions.

Muhammad Unos Qanuni the previous first vice of president said those people think the treaty of National Unity is between two people that is completely wrong, and there is some issues that make worry people and we are worry about future of Afghanistan.

Muhammad Omar Dawood Zai the previous interior affairs minister said talking with Pakistan about peace is wrong and we experienced the way before National Unity Government and added talking with Pakistan about peace is going to cemetery.

This council that majority of them were belong Abdullah Abdullah team during presidency election will continue up to 4 years and has program for 4 years.

Asylum World Day

18 December is the word day of asylum, this year the day when celebrate that a lot people are asylum in Europe countries and majority of refugees are from Syria, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Iraq... because of insecure and seeking peaceful lives in Europe countries.

Refugee create a big problem to Europe countries and they cannot accept all refugees and for returning of them have problems with natives countries of refugees.

Coldness of weather could not prevent from going to refugees to Europe. And a lot of women children and men sink in water and Iran does not allow refugees of Afghanistan and refugees kill by Iran soldiers and dye from coldness of Iran and Turkey borders but all of these obstacles could not prevent from going to refugees to Europe countries.

If ISIS does not remove from the world the refugees and insecure do not decrease because the main cause of refugees and insecure is ISIS that activate in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria... 

Misinterpreting of Civil Activities of Bamyan

Bamyan is famous with civil activities and symbolic activities started from Bamyan in Afghanistan and then other provinces copied them.

Civil activists of Bamyan puddled the road inside of Bamyan city instead paving because there was not paved road and wanted to show in Bamyan there is no paved road that world help Afghanistan and there is no decision to develop Bamyan.

Civil activists presented a Harikain (traditional light that burn with diesel and tie) to Muhammad Ismail Khan the previous minister of water and energy, Hamid Karzai the previous president of Afghanistan and Obama the president of USA to show there is no electricity and we use from traditional light and they in one evening gathered and carried a traditional light with themselves and put it to a square and then named it to Harikain square and now there is big Harikain.

Civil activists of Bamyan presented an appreciated letter to donkey that there is no water and only donkey serve people and carry water to residents of Bamyan. In city of Bamyan people especially women and children carried water with donkey to city of Bmayan towns.

Civil activists of Bamyan did other creative and symbolic activities for seeking justice. But unfortunately the governor of Bamyan mentioned that misinterpreting from civil activities provoked undeveloped of Bamyan.

Governor of Bamyan said for example people of Bamyan presented a Harikain to Ismail Khan previous minister of water and energy when Harikain arrived to Ismail Khan, Ismail Khan conducted an emergency meeting and ordered that no one speak about electricity of Bamyan. That now Bamyan has not electricity and also has no electricity policy now National Unity Government want to prepare policy for electricity of Bamyan.

He said when Iconbery came in Bamyan people of Bamyan took protest to seek justice but Sher Muhammad Karimi as interpreter interpreted that protesters say we are followers of Iran we do not want you and you help Taliban, and Army killed our people in the Taliban era. The misinterpreting of Karimi caused that Iconbery does not attention to Bamyan.

When Lora Bush and other foreign high ranking officials came in Bamyan the interpreters of them presented a bad picture from Bamyan.
