Ismail Akbar Died

Ismail Akbar was a journalist and managed some of daily at the first in Afghanistan and keep writing and searching up to death.

He was familiar with philosophy and its history and studied about philosophy many books.

He was and cultural, political and social activist and besides all of them he has wrote a book by the name of Afzal Akher in Persian and some topics and he wrote in Daily Open Society at last time of his life.

Death of Ismail Akbar is a big mourning for Afghanistan people and special in intellectuals.

Ismail Akbar born in Jowjan Province of Afghanistan and started his fighting for reforming from Hafizullah Amin era that went in prison and continued the secret fighting until Daued era.

Contravene of Law

Muhammad Sarwar Danish the second vice of president introduced the member of implementation of constitution of Afghanistan to Lower House of Parliament.

And during of introduction in parliament Sarwar Danish accepted that contravene of law by government officials and he added high ranking officials misuse from laws for their benefits.

National Unity government at the first broke the constitution and formed opposite of law that after more than one year could not complete the cabinet until now there is no defense minister.

The government could not conduct election of Lower House of Parliament and could not reform the Afghanistan Election Independent Commissions and conflict is in continuation.

Students in Bamyan

Bamyan has a university that has economy, agriculture and education departments and students come from all provinces of Afghanistan.

Bamyan University started its work from 1995 or 1997 by Hezbe Wahdat political with 2 Faculties of Agriculture and science and after one year Faculties of medical and literature added and continued its activities before Taliban conquered Bamyan and Taliban interrupted the university activities and burned all documents.

In 2004 this university in Hamid Karzai Presidency started its works again with Agriculture and Education Faculties then added faculties of Economy.

Up to now this university has not any dormitory and students live bad situation and in cold weather students live in shops.

Students of Bamyan University advocated several times for lack of hostel and other shortages but no one attention to their request.

Deprived Women

Women are also deprived in Afghanistan without killing, selling, stoning, punishing and limitations inside of home, women have not access to education and other facilities.

In Bamyan the central and peaceful province of Afghanistan women have not access to education opportunity.

I had trip in different districts of Bamyan and the situation of women is unacceptable.

In Waras district I faced with a non-credible of behavior of men against women, according to previous calendar I must held an awareness raising session in a far village of District of Bamyan.

When we arrived the village and go in front of the mosque with help of an adult man, the door of mosque was lock, no one could bring the key to open the door, some people that majority of them were women gathered but the key was not found.

Conflict between adult man and young girl started the girl was a literacy teacher and she taught illiterate women and she complained that men of this village could not allow women to study inside of mosque because no one bring the key that women give and keep it and continue study in mosque. I asked from other men and women the issue was fact.

Women studied in home and they complained home are not enough for amount of them and the owner of home is also live there and men were in believe that mosque is for men not women if mosque destroy women cannot reconstruct it.

A literacy course of women was there and women are very interest to study but men did not help them.

On that village were a lot of addicted and an adult women complained that addicted robbed her sheep because she has not men to take back the sheep of her and she added addicted gather and in night and private situation rob their materials.

It shows the society is for male until now and women are in border.

In Shibar district of Bamyan province girls prevent from going to school that a lot girl complained and we shared with local government but did not solve.

Women do very hard job and sometimes, they do hard jobs by force. 

People in Jalal Abad Gather

On Monday of this week Zaher Qader the first vice of Lower House of Parliament criticized government and added heads of IS are in Kabul and have relationship with government and go to security organization and foreign embassies.

On Tuesday heads of security organizations in a press conference announced that Zaher Qader should present documents about what he said in parliament otherwise he will go to prison and accused Qader for forming militant and distributing of guns.

Zaher Qader also said in parliament today that he does not want to form militant and he distributed guns with cooperation of president of Afghanistan and he said that they including of president Ghani made a decision that people for defend of Nangarhar should take guns and Qader distribute his gun to people and buy more guns for people to fight with terrorism.

Today in Jalal Abad people gathered and requested from government to send an investigation team for investigating of Zaher Qader saying in Parliament, they said the continuation of this situation create chaos and strengthen terrorism.

Life Has Continue

Last month Kondoz province of Afghanistan conquered by Taliban that killed a lot of innocent people robed all materials of people, destroyed homes of people and created a horror among people.

Increasing of jobless in Afghanistan, escaping of enterprise from Afghanistan and situation is getting worse day by day, cost of currency of Afghanistan decreased, internal products have not market.

Corruption and conflict among high ranking officials, no conducting of parliamentarian election, security situation is not good and increasing of insurgent activities… galvanized that some people leave Afghanistan, and people were hopeless about future of Afghanistan.

In Bamyan, people continue the life and people are interest to buy car and construct home and markets, fight against corruption and believe to all human value.

People are strong and hopeful and try to construct Afghanistan and create unity among people and prevent from discrimination, ensure security and running for a bright future.

People with bad economic situation, poverty, jobless and strong hope try for a better future.

Putin Reaction about Shot down Warplane

Putin emphasized that Jet of Russia was not a tense for Turkey and also the plane was in Syria airspace and warplane down to Syria and Putin called this action of Turkish government as accomplice of terrorism.

Pilots are succeeded to eject from warplane but video broadcasted show that one pilot killed and terrorists are around him and the other is released by terrorists.

Turkish official said Turkey is not opposite of any country and can control the airspace of Turkey, and added the war plane tensed several times by Turkey but did not attention.

Putin mentioned this action of Turkey will have series reaction and form another side defense minister of Russia had plan to travel in Ankara on Wednesday but trip canceled by Russia defense minister.

Conflict between Russia and Turkey make the situation encrypt and fighting against terrorism is difficult.

Security Organizations Addressed Qader to Present Documents

In a press conference Rahmatullah Nabel head of National security, Olumi minister of interior affairs ministry and representative of defense ministry reacted about Zahir Qader the first vice of Lower House of Parliament.

Last day Zaher Qader said in parliament that heads of IS are in Kabul and have relation to governmental organizations and foreign embassies and accused government to inefficient.

Today heads of security organizations conducted a press conference and said if Qader has documents should present otherwise he will go to present.

Heads of security organizations claimed that Qader has made an illegal militants in Nangarhar and distributed guns.

Heads of security organizations condemned making illegal militant and it is an acceptable for government and provoke insecurity in Afghanistan.

Turkey Downs Russia Airplane

Turkey shot down the warplane of Russia in Syria and Turkey Borders and Turkey said the plane violated airspace of Turkey that Russian denied it.

Russian Defense minister said according to preliminary data the plane was in 6000 m altitude in Syria border not Turkey and two pilots ejected.

Now the two pilots shot down warplane are unknown and investigation continue.

Russia is from main alliance of Syria Bashar Al Assad that bombing Syria opposition that western counties are opposite of this action.

It will make the situation hard to fight against terrorism in Syria and according unconfident reports Turkey and Saudi Arabia support Assad Opposition in Syria.

After Paris Terror Attacks France also started air strikes against IS in Syria and Other western countries will attack against IS.

 The opposite point among Russia and western countries are for remaining of Assad in Power, Russia and Iran want that Assad be in Power and western countries believe Assad committed war criminal in Syria and kill innocent people and he cannot be in the power of Russia. 

Internet Services

Internet is a new service that people of Afghanistan got familiar with them about ten year ago when Telecommunication Companies started their services at the first just communication services then activated the internet services.

MTN, Itisalat, Roshan, Salam Companies present internet services with different bundles and costs because mountainous of Bamyan All places are not signals and internet services also limit to specific areas.

I have been using from MTN internet since 2013 and speed of the net get day by day slow and costumers are increasing but company does not vast the services according to costumers need even sometimes there is no internet.

I use from 3G and from 4.5 bundle GB per month but the speed is not 3G and sometimes 2G.

Government deduct 10% credit from customer without approving of parliament and special system and it is possible to misuse from collected money.

Government does not pressure the companies about poor services that several times people complained from quality of net services.

Abdullah Abdullah: Tahrer Party is terrorism

Abullah Abdullah the Executive Director of National Unity Government of Afghanistan mentioned today that Tahrer Party is a terrorism party.

Abdullah said Tahrer activate about 10 year in Afghanistan and this party activate among students of universities of Afghanistan.

Tahrer Party is an Islamic party that try to Islamic Caliphate should form and Islamic society should control by Caliphate.

Tahrer formed by an Islamic religious man of Palestine and now active in some countries and also some countries recognized this party as a terrorism party and stop its activities.

Tahere activate in Afghanistan illegally and now Executive Director of Afghanistan announced as a terrorism party and threaten for Afghanistan government.

Zaher Qader: Heads of IS live in Kabul

Zaher Qader is the first vice of Lower House of Parliament of Afghanistan, he is representative of Nangarhar province and mentioned about IS activities in Afghanistan and inefficient of National Unity Government.

Qader said that Achen district of Nangarhar is the center of IS and this district produce IS and activate to other places and provinces of Afghanistan.

Qader added heads of IS are in Kabul and they go to embassies and governmental organizations.

Zaher Qader was very angry and emphasized if government raid in Achen and defeat IS 7 citizens of Afghanistan did not behead in Zabul province.

Qader asked that these people have created for killing, injuring, kidnapping and beheading and he added this situation is acceptable for me and requested from other parliamentarians to serious act for IS activities and inefficient of National Unity Government.

Afghanistan situation is getting worse and terror activities develop and it is a big threaten for Afghanistan.

Some days ago parliamentarians announced if government request from members of parliament, they will help and go to war scenes.

National Unity government did not react for speech of Zaher Qader until now in parliament.

How should I continue the life?

I tolerate suicide attack and stay in my home and do not go to other parts of Afghanistan, I bear kidnapping of my family in high ways and beheaded of them by terrorism and inefficient of government.

I bear civil war and destroying of my homes and home ways, I bear corruption of government and I bear injustice by government, I bear discrimination and bear violence against women…

This situation for how long continue, when people wake up and fight for reaching of justice.

I am a former I live in Bamyan the province of deprived and peaceful people but it is difficult to continue my life.

All highways that connect Bamyan to other provinces are insecure, corruption is increasing in Bamyan, there is no justice in court, government official take bribe for services.

All the things are worse and intolerable but tolerate because I have to do.

I said I am a former and my crops is potato and there is no market for it and weather is getting cold and my crop is on the farms, not only me but from all the people are like these, it will be frozen all of crops.

The only hope of a former is crop and if crop waste, there is nothing to help people for continuation of life at the country that thousands of people are jobless. 

What Happened to Me

When I was child I had a dream to go university and have a good life, with a peaceful society, serve people and change the country.

My dad always advised me about studying in school lesson, and he mentioned a hard working in his life and he referred all unfortunate to uneducated, and he requested me that I should not be like him.

I should continue lesson up to university and have a good life and help deprived people, do not work hard these were the dream of my father.

My mom did not say anything, she just wanted me a good man and I was the elder boy of my family, my mom also complained about bad situation of her life.

I started study from traditional lesson in my village then I go to school and advice of my parent accompany me to school and turn back to home.

I was studying in school hardly, I accepted any problems during learning and went ahead with my lessons.

I finished school period and continue my lessons in university, when I succeeded in university I was very happy that I fulfilled my dream of my parents.

When I graduated from university I knew life is so difficult, knowledge is not the only way of fortunate besides of it there is a lot encrypt ways.

Now I am jobless because I do not knew a powerful men like a commander, parliamentarian, government official or money to pay to get job.

I filled a lot forms of governmental organizations for jobs, and I could not wanted for interview, just I experienced busy with filling of job forms and going to government organizations.

NGO s are other hope of me to find jobs there and I apply through online every days to many positions and but the result is zero.

A lot educated youth left Afghanistan because of jobless and other reasons, I stay in Afghanistan to fight against unfortunates.

But I am not hopeless I fight against corruption and I am sure I can find  job and serve my people and fulfil my parent dream.

Economy of Afghanistan

Ashraf Ghani is the president of Afghanistan after jangle election in Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani is the second thinker of the world and he is very famous with economic knowledge, and his book teach in American Universities.

After forming National Unity Government all people are optimistic that Ghani develop economy and create job opportunities and construct Afghanistan, a hope created for people, construction, security, no corruption and efficient government, equal rights for all citizens without discrimination…

From first days of governance discrimination started from head of government, conflict on choosing minsters among races and election teams, they could not introduce ministers nominations to lower house of parliament.

Abdullah Abdullah and Ashraf Ghani forgot people and were  busy that how employ the persons who campaign in election for both of them and electronic identification card did not distribute, parliament election did not conducted.

All these problems provoked that government could not attention in economy, development, construction, good governance…

Security got worse and Kundoz province conquered by Taliban, districts are under control of Taliban, high ways are not save, suicide attack increased, violence against women increased, Farkhunda burnt near of presidency palace, Ruskhshani stoned in Ghor, and Shukria`s throat slashed.

Jobless increased that some jobless closed the gate of ministry of labor more than 160 thousands people went in Europe this year, enterprise decreased.

Currency of Afghanistan lost its cost, clothes are very expensive, internal productions are cheap, there is no market for handicrafts, agriculture crops and animal husbandry has too problems.

After one year everything is worse, the most unfortunate is hopeless of people about future and National Unity Government, people are confuse what to do, lives are off, discrimination continue and situation is encrypt.  

20 Hazaras Kidnapped in Afghanistan

This morning at 5:00 am on Zabul province once again terrorists kidnapped innocent people that all of them are Hazaras.

Terrorist stands bus in Shah Joy of Zabul province of Afghanistan and recognized Hazaras and seized them and released other passengers.

This year in Zabul also 31 Hazaras kidnapped then 19 of them freed after some months, then 5 of them released and rest of them slashed their throats.

Terrorists also abducted a 9 year old girl, 2 boys 13, 16, 2 women and 2 men and they also keep captive after kidnapping and Terrorists beheaded all of them that galvanized a historic protests in Kabul and other provinces of Afghanistan and foreign countries. President Ghani and Executive Direct Abdullah Abdullah promised to ensure security in highways and end kidnapping.

After one week kidnapping repeat and terrorists kidnapped 20 Hazaras. Terrorists kill kidnap, wound, and destroy every parts of the world but the government responsibility is saving of human lives and fighting against terrorism.  

Government of Afghanistan does not any action for saving of Hazaras in Afghanistan, last abductions government announced that government freed kidnapped then own freed kidnapped mentioned they release by fighting between Taliban and IS.

Terror attacks happened in air plane of Russia and in Paris but both countries started serious fighting against IS in Syria and Iraq.

Saving lives of human is responsibility of all human and requested from all countries to fight against terrorism and save lives of human even in Afghanistan.

President Ghani go to Kazakhstan

President Ghani left Afghanistan to destination of Kazakhstan for treaty of development politic relationship, fighting against corruption and wheat.

Afghanistan is an import country and has not border to any ocean and import the majority of clothes from Pakistan.

India and Pakistan are rival and have problems in their borders, India help Afghanistan in all parts and has a friendship relationship with Afghanistan.

Pakistan is worry about relationship of Afghanistan and India and Pakistan help Taliban and interfere in Afghanistan and limitation Afghanistan to end relationship with India.

Afghanistan always confident Pakistan and other neighbors that any country help Afghanistan cannot activate for weakness of other countries from Afghanistan.

Importing clothes from Pakistan is not without challenges if Afghanistan choose other countries for important clothes the role of Pakistan decrease and Kazakhstan is suitable country to import clothes in Afghanistan.

Afghanistan need thousands tons of wheat before getting the weather cold and closure of road by snow and frozen on suburb of Afghanistan to save loves of deprived people.

Ghani is under pressure for leaving thousands of youth from Afghansitan and getting worse security day by day and kidnapping people from highways and jobless of people and losing the cost of Afghanistan currency, corruption and bad economy…

Now government want move and prevent from crisis in Afghanistan, in last weak prepared a program to create job opportunities.

If National Unity Government end conflict among the government for getting high position, has opportunity to control the situation. 

Bamyan Girls Cycling

Bamyan is a traditional and undeveloped province that people live here traditionally and main power is on hand of men and women just belong insides of home and facilitate work for men from inside of homes like, cooking, washing, born…

Now society is changing with the help of world and NATO that came in Afghanistan after 2001 and defeated in Taliban the radicalism group of Islam.

Now girls do basic sport and some limit of girls ride bicycle and it is only in city of Bamyan not in suburb.

There is some few training of cycling for girls that girls go and learn how to ride bicycle for going to school, university, and shopping or job place.

Some competition of cycling for girls from national and interactional and governmental organizations that also denounced from religious men and they call opposite of Islam.

Some girls believe that girls are able to ride bicycle and can the tasks that men can do but it is not easy. Now in Bamyan road harassment increased and it is difficult for a girl to ride bicycle in environment that there are men and for women is difficult to presence.

Some national and international competitions of sport like skiing, running, cycling conducted in Bamyan and Bamyan girls got the high positions.

Girls are breaking traditional customs in Bamyan and activate besides of men in all parts.

Government Only Present Plan in Afghanistan

Security, jobless, flee of enterprise, corruption… are the hot problems of Afghanistan, government make plans for every problems and keep satisfy people.

During campaign Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah both of them described a very good plan about security, corruption, economic, reconstruction, women rights, good governance even some plan described that is not implementable in Afghanistan and copy them form foreign.

At the first day while power transition, Ghani defined foreign policy in 5 categories but implement a very bad foreign policy especially talking with Taliban and trust to Pakistan for ensuring peace in Afghanistan.

All minister candidates explain a good programs in Parliament but do not do act according to their program.

Now Afghanistan is in crisis about security that war is continue in some provinces and Taliban conquered Kunduz and now Taliban rule in some districts.

Enterprise decreased, economic is not good, people are jobless, violence against women continue, men, women, children kidnapp.

For decreasing of jobless government prepared a program at the first it implement in 12 provinces in development of agriculture, helping of farmers and for creating jobs. According to this program farmers should employ jobless about short time in farms. Then this program vast to all provinces of Afghanistan.

President Ghani is aware from situation of farmers in Afghanistan, farmers are able to employ workers in short time then there are market for agriculture crops.

President Ghani is aware from market of vegetable, president know from last year cost of melon, water melon, tomato and potato… and compare last year cost of vegetable to this year.

Especially the potato cost decrease 100 Afs per Sir (7 kg) this year than last year, if government want to improve agriculture should find market for crops of agriculture, and ensure peace that merchants can go for buying agriculture crops.

If we search complains of farmers at the first the complaint are no marketing of agriculture productions.

Without finding markets for agriculture productions, development of agriculture is impossible and other people is not useful just keep people satisfy.

President Ghani Create Job Opportunity

There is no work in Afghanistan, in concept of someone Afghanistan is the land of jobless, people just buy and spend money, if you want to be alive, you should just have money for all your needs.

There is exact statistics that how many jobless is there but it is clear after leaving of NATO forces a lot people lost their jobs, enterprise decreased because of insecurity and corruption and no supportive policy for enterprise.

Hope decreased among people in Afghanistan and people have to leave Afghanistan for destination of Europe Countries especially youth and it is a big danger and unsuccessful for Unity National Government.

Now president Ghani want to create job opportunity in cleaning of city and construction of apartment that is a good program but there is a lot youth and educated who are jobless and these job opportunities are only for illiterate.

National Unity Government at the first promised construction, peace, job opportunity, fighting against corruption and Ghani is famous with economic knowledge and explained a lot economic programs in his presidency campaign. After one year there is no development and everything got worse.

If we judge job opportunity like one year background of National Unity Government it does not create hope among people and it is unsuccessful. 

Illegal homes destroy in Bamyan

Landmarks of Bamyan like two statues of Buddha, Zuhak city, Ghologhola city… listed in UNESCO and signed some of places to show that they are belong to UNESCO.

People do not attention to those signs and construct homes on signed area, this year ENESCO declared if constructing of homes do not stop in signed area they will reject Bamyan from UNESCO list.

People also constructed homes and shops in green area that is also illegal according Afghanistan policy.

Local government of Bamyan decided to destroy homes that constructed in ENESCO area and green area.

Last day destroyed some homes in Bamyan that were in green area and conducted a press conference that people do not construct more homes in UNESCO and green area and mentioned those home that constructed the two mentioned areas they will destroy.

Terrorism is an ideology not only a Group

Isis is a group in Iraq and Syria and activate in some parts of the worlds besides of Arabic countries that formed during cruelty of Beshar Al Asad the king of Syria.

Syria government fight with politic oppositions during civil war of Syria Isis formed the terrorism group of Islam in Islamic countries and recruit soldier from Islam even in western countries.

Isis with other politic oppositions of Syria government united and fight together against Syria government that cause immigration of Syrian in Europe countries destroy infrastructure and this issue made hard the situation by the name of Asad politic opposition’s world helped them.

Isis attacked in Iraq and conquered some provinces and killed innocent people specially Izadi men and women and Shia. And created discrimination of Shia and Soni the two sects of Islam, and caused to some Islamic countries like Turkey, Saudi Arabia help Isis…

Other terrorism group also activate in In Afghanistan, Pakistan, Egypt and Nigeria… the main thing that help and make continual and strengthen terrorism is ideology of terrorism.

Ideology of terrorism cause that people join Isis from peaceful and democratic countries including men and women, it exist especially in religion organizations, I was in Kabul University that students of Islamic Science took protest for supporting of Syria people and carried Taliban flag.

This year students of Islamic Science protested in Jalalabad city with slogan for supporting of Isis and Taliban with flags of two terrorism groups, helping of Taliban in civil war by people and government official in Afghanistan show that ideology of terrorism exist otherwise Taliban defeated in 2001 when NATO attacked.

Supporting of some people from Isis in Iraq and Syria, some countries fund Isis and joining of 30 thousand soldiers from different countries show that terrorism ideology exist strongly among people and governments.

Fighting against terrorism groups without fighting against ideology is not successful. Our responsibility as a human is to fight against terrorism groups and ideology of terrorism.   

President Ghani Where is Justice?

Every citizens should have equal rights and pay equal tax for government, follow laws, and get equal benefit from government and government should present equal services to all citizens.

Electricity is absolutely essential in human life today, government import electricity from neighbor countries, Kabul and other big cities with very cheap cost than Bamyan, there are also complains from cost of import electricity.

New Zealand constructed a solar bases in Bamyan with budget of 15 million USD after a lot advocacies in Bamyan. Bamyan people named a square Chowk Harikain (traditional light) that burn with diesel and tie.

And sent a Harikain to minister of Water and Energy and presidents Karzai and Obama they do not attention to request of people and minister of Water got angry with people.

New Zealand constructed solar stations to provide electricity for Bamyan residences with all New Zealand materials.

Solar stations are activate now and produce electricity but government take 25-45 Afs per every KW that is very high cost than other provinces of Afghanistan.

The question is that where is justice, living the same country but paying different cost for one thing, and shout justice for all and doing discrimination secretly.

Afghanistan has a lot natural potentials to produce electricity very cheap, water, wind, sun shining.  

Several projects implemented in Afghanistan from generous helping of world that appreciate but the results are for short time and they did not implement with high quality and exactly.

    

Wrong politics increase more danger

Humans are equal with no difference in wrights, crime, punishment, life, mistake… all the things belong to human from every nation, race, language, sect, religion, country.

Every policy that differentiate among humans that is wrong it should be reform, it cause crises for all human and cause war and brutal and terrorism groups.

Forming Isis, Taliban, Abu Nosrat, Boku Haram maybe have another reasons like religion, discrimination in society, imperial government, genocide, injustice… but wrong policy strengthen terrorism and create more terrorism.

Injustice in Syria created Isis that is danger to all humans, kill human, destroy land marks, kidnapped women, marry with them forcedly, do genocide, attack to innocent people in every places even in Europe and Russia.

After attacking to France people want to remove Isis but about Izadi women and men that genocide in Iraq and Syria they have not rights of life, France people are in high worth than Syria and Iraq, I condemn terror attacks in Paris but if Paris attacks did not happen, genocide continue in Iraq and Syria.

Taliban did genocide Hazaras in Mazar-e-Sharif and Bamyan provinces of Afghanistan world did not react, when Taliban attacked in New York, world made decision to attack in Afghanistan to remove Taliban.

Innocent people kill in Palestine by Israel army, more town construct no country do react and condemn Israel attacks.

Pakistan help terrorism, Taliban base army is in Pakistan, activate in Pakistan, order terror attacks from Pakistan in Afghanistan, Asama ordered an attack from Afghanistan in New York but NATO attacked in Afghanistan. What is difference between Pakistan and Taliban State in helping terrorism?

If world does not fight against terrorism with all power terrorism does not remove, if developed countries divide terrorism and differentiate among terrorisms, everywhere is terrorism and more people will sacrifice.

What Is the Problem of Afghanistan?

People of Afghanistan claim that that problem is outside of Afghanistan and seek their problems in Agency organization of other countries, as a people we believe terrorism come from abroad, other countries do not accept peace and development in Afghanistan.
