Open Letter of Second Vice of President

Muhammad Sarwar Danish the second vice of president of Afghanistan wrote and open letter to BRESHAN company that the company does not change the way of TUTAP project from Bamyan to Salang.

The second vice of president emphasized to his open letter that Fichtner the company of Germany that surveyed about 20 year of electricity policy of Afghanistan mentioned on its report that Salang is not a good for TUTAP project and found the Bamyan as the west way for TUTAP project.

BRESHNA changed the way of this project from Bamyan to Salang and people are opposite of this decision and protested in Bamyan and central regions parliamentarian also announced their opposite to changing the way of this project.

The second vice also stated that central regions of Afghanistan should have electricity from this project and if this project does not transfer from central regions need more cable to join central regions to Kabul.

Writing open letter by second vice of president created some criticism in social media that high ranking officials do not write open letter and order to them instead of writing open letter.

Some people believe that there is no rule of law because of high ranking officials have to write open letter.

Before it also the vice of Helmand and Ghazni provinces wrote in social media about collapse of some district by Taliban, controlling of High way by Islamic Commandos, advocacy about innocent men and women hostage by Taliban in Zabul province that provoked to remove from their position by order of Security Council.

Now writing in media repeated once again by high ranking officials.
