Returning to Zero

After studying in school for 12 year and went to university with a hope and passing 4 year university successfully with top score in a top university of Afghanistan now return to the zero point and all the things are useless.

Waiting for 3 years to find a job in governmental organization and without political party I could not find a job in any organizations now missed my all hopes and doing hard work to continue my life.

All the people to see me during hard working make hopeless and about transparency and in Afghanistan after 16 year studying now have to work hard and they ask the studying is for what?

I answer studying is not only for finding of job and studying make every people aware from something and the corrupted government of Afghanistan will not stand for a long time and in a moment the government will form and replace the party everything to based provisional something or prepare the opportunity to do private work.

Everything politically in Bamian and Afghanistan is danger for educated youth and they cannot find their position in the present government and have to leave the country or join to terrorism groups.

Everything slogan in Afghanistan bad in action all the thing is politically and based on discrimination and there is no hope to reform the government and it is very bad to hope collapse of the government instead of powering the government.

The government based on corruption and all kinds of discrimination exist and it is sore on the heart of people and with difficulty should bear it.   

Shayesta Quraishi

Shayesta Quraishi was a 6 year old girl and a refugee of Afghanistan in Waramin, Tehran, Iran when she went out of her home for buying ice cream she kidnapped by a man of Iran on the same lane and neighborhood.

The man of Iran at the first raped her and pour acid to her body and when he called to his friend to help him for carrying of the corpse form his home, his friend called to police and police arrested him with Shayesta burnt corpse.

Father of Shayesta said to media that his 6 year old girl went to the shop of the lane to buy an ice cream but she never return and they went to police station and made aware them to find their girls.

Shayesta burning and rape had a reaction in Afghanistan and Refugee of Afghanistan to Iran and they requested from government of Iran to punish the killer of Shayesta seriously in civic activities.

Refugee of Afghanistan in Iran have bad situation and people and government of Iran have bad behave with them, people of Iran insult and tease the refugee of Afghanistan but none of them got media issue, it is the first time that brutal action of people of Iran broadcasted in media.

Refugee of Afghanistan have any rights to go on court and claim against people of Iran crimes and refugee of Afghanistan have to just bear all crime and cruel by people or government of Iran. 

Robing of National Asset

High ranking officials are busy how to full their pocket for national budget and employ their families to key positions and get more salaries and have big problems among each other on employing of their families.

There is no opposition to want reform of the government and opposition forms to get more advantage from government of Afghanistan and not form for bringing changes in government.

If opposition employed their families and party to government is satisfy from government of Afghanistan and if cannot get advantage from government of Afghanistan will criticize the government.

There is no political party to represent from all nationality of Afghanistan and every party represent form specific race and in 14 recent year with creating obstacles the national political party does not form in Afghanistan.

Many people are trusted to rob national asset and use national asset to private lives and there are no people inside of government to prevent form wasting of national budget.

Civil society has not any role for monitoring according to law and has not any support by government of Afghanistan and the judicial system is corrupted and cannot punish criminal people.

Corruption, discrimination, no cooperation and inefficient are strengthening inside of Afghanistan that galvanize weakness of government in fighting and presenting services for people.

Government is Busy to Security Problems

Taliban started its attack in majority parts of Afghanistan especially in north and north east provinces and it is near to collapse Kundoz and in Baghlan and Faryab serious fight among Taliban and national forces continue.

Government of Afghanistan is busy with security problems and there is no attention on election reform and conducting election in 1395.

Everything is unknown in Afghanistan and dark future threaten people of Afghanistan, conflict among high ranking officials on getting more power is the cause of all unfortunate in Afghanistan.

Wasting time for peace talking is a big mistake of National Unity Government of Afghanistan to make busy themselves in winter for peace talking and Taliban equip itself from the peace talking opportunity.

If government cannot conduct parliamentary election what will be the future of Afghanistan, democratic government will remain with no conduct of election.

Taliban will occupy some provinces of Afghanistan to find an independent address inside of Afghanistan and will get more advantages from government of Afghanistan to join with government of Afghanistan.

The Previous Officials Lose their Equipment

Abdullah Abdullah the executive director of Afghanistan said today that there are some people to lost their power and have not the past equipment because of criticize from government of Afghanistan.

Abdullah added to bring change in Afghanistan and some people do not be on power and want that some people leave their jobs and new people employ for governmental organizations.

Losing of the position and equipment is a natural thing but criticism based on having position and equipment is not logically.

National Government of Afghanistan has many criticism and the government is opposite of constitution and formed on the result of political agreement with 2 candidates of presidency teams.

Even the continuation of the government is under question and some people believe that after 2 year without changing the constitution and establishing of executive director position the government continuation is illegally.

Insecurity and no result of peace taking are other problems of the government to challenge the government and increase the criticisms against government.

Warning of People of Afghanistan for Collapsing of Kundoz

Taliban started its Omari attack in Kundoz that Taliban defeat by national forces of Afghanistan in Kunoz and killed 2 local commanders of Taliban in Kundoz with 80 other Taliban terrorists.

Out of doors of the city of Kundoz is under the control of Taliban and city of Kundoz province is under the control of the national forces of Afghanistan.

People of Kundoz are worry to Taliban occupy once again Kundoz if government does not attention to security of Kundoz, the humanity crisis will happen once again in Kundoz province.

Taliban occupied Kundoz last year on 6 Mizan 1394 and in difficulty national forces freed Kundoz and people of Kundoz sacrificed by this war.

Kudnoz is an important province of Afghanistan that is located in north east of Afghanistan and Taliban has training center there from the past and government of Afghanistan does not destroy it.

Taliban Will Start Its Attacks

Taliban warned that they will start its spring attack in all parts of Afghanistan against government of Afghanistan soon.

Government of Afghanistan announced that the creative is on the hand of national forces of Afghanistan and attacks of Taliban is normally in Afghanistan and national forces are ready to defend from Afghanistan.

Yesterday government of Afghanistan wanted to use from military use against Taliban from the countries that participated in peace talking and singed agreement if Taliban does not participate in peace talking the countries will use from military action against Taliban.

Informants believe that Pakistan will not use from military actions against Taliban and even support Taliban to defeat government of Afghanistan. China also will not use from military against Taliban.

Only USA remain to fight against Taliban or support national forces of Afghanistan to fight against Taliban in this year.

Electricity Change to a Dream

Bamian is a dark province of Afghanistan with no electricity to use for lighting of homes and people of Bamian will wait up to 2032 to government prepare electricity for people of Bamian.

Bamian keep deprive from international community helping to Afghanistan to develop or cause positive changes for people of Bamian.

The discriminations has root to history that Hazars kept deprive from facilities in Afghanistan by kings and just should do hard working and sold as a slave in other countries and 63% of Hazaras did genocide.

The thoughts of being better is alive to minds of some powerful in Afghanistan to prefer other provinces from Bamian to develop and people of it reach to better lives.

Some high ranking officials are deceiving the donors to do not work in Bamian and say lies for changes their mind for no working in Bamian and prefer other provinces of Afghanistan than Bamian.

Even some electricity projects implement in other provinces of Afghanistan by the name of Bamian province for deceiving of international community to work in all parts of Afghanistan that is not right working is to other provinces and the name of working places is Bamian.

Applying for Jobs in Afghanistan

Applying for jobs in Afghanistan without knowing a powerful is difficult and sending of thousands of CV without having party is useless and just for completion of the process and deceiving of donors.

Majority of the employment in Afghanistan are not based on abilities and majority of them is according to parties.

Nowadays I made aware that National Solidarity Program (NSP) announced Social Organizers in Bamyan province of Afghanistan when presenting of the CV in front of NSP door and face with other people who are familiar with NSP staffs told that all the vacancies chose by minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.

Hearing all the times from corruption and without no ear to listen in justice sound make the people hopeless about justice and transparency in Afghanistan, all the times corruption by high ranking officials but the slogan is fighting against corruption.

If there is any one in the world to believe on justice and ability should know that in Afghanistan there is no transparency in employment and the people can find jobs who are belong to a political party and the people who are not belong to political party and powerful cannot find job in Afghanistan.

Unfortunate start on the time that the slogan is fighting against corruption but acting is all corrupted and wasting the national budget and making their own pockets from national budget.

Afghanistan is like this that a lot of international budget spent in Afghanistan but the result is unknown in Afghanistan and high ranking officials buy building in western and Arabic countries.

Hundreds of project from international community help in Afghanistan are ghost and the budget is spent and the projects are not exist, all the majority staffs of NGO and government are belong to powerful and political parties and the people with full of ability and proficiency are jobless.

Families of Afghanistan Seek Asylum in Europe

Europe countries do not accept the refugee of Afghanistan who are not with their families and 20-30 refugee return to Afghanistan from Europe countries because of no accepting of the host countries.

United Nation announced that a lot of families of Afghanistan interested to seek asylum in Europe countries, the people who went without families in Europe and deported and now want go with their families.

No hope for bright future in Afghanistan people are satisfy to accept all danger and leave Afghanistan to find a good life and hope for continuation of better life.

International community with spent of a lot of money cannot create hope for people of Afghanistan to have peaceful lives in Afghanistan.

Interfering of foreign countries in Afghanistan and inefficient of international community and weakness of government of Afghanistan make the situation crisis and delete all the hopes that created in 14 recent years.

If the situation continue like this the Afghanistan will change to peaceful place for terrorism groups and people of Afghanistan will sacrifice. 

Conflict among Races of Afghanistan

Races of Afghanistan do not accept each other and enmity continue among them up to now for many reasons and tribes defeat the other tribes and create disadvantages for other tribes as they can.

Sect is also the reasons of conflict among people of Afghanistan and sects do not accept each other and ordered to their followers to kill other followers sects and the fight followers of sects sacrificed many people in Afghanistan that the enmity continue up to now with many decreased.

Languages are also the other conflict among people of Afghanistan that the past government of Afghanistan tried to delete Persian language that could not and now conflict continue on some words between Pashtu and Persian.

Geography is also the conflict among people of Afghanistan and people doing discrimination against other people of provinces of Afghanistan.

Discrimination among races and inter of races are in Afghanistan so much that is difficult to present solving ways for them.

Reaction against Foreign Minister of USA

Jan Kerry the foreign minister of USA came in Afghanistan and participated in a press conference with Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan and Kerry answered on the question of Tolo correspondent that National Unity Government of Afghanistan is not just for 2 years and it will continue up to 5 years.

Abdullah Abdullah the executive director of Afghanistan said in cabinet of Afghanistan that he is sorry about those people who did not read the bilateral agreement of National Unity Government and he was optimistic about helping of USA to Afghanistan.

Karzai the previous president of Afghanistan criticized Jan Kerrey talking and called it is an obvious interfere in Afghanistan and he mentioned the age of government is according to constitution and people votes and not according to Jan Kerry saying.

Informants believe that Jan Kerry saying is interfering in Afghanistan and shows dependent of government of Afghanistan and it strengthen the position of terrorism groups against government of Afghanistan.

National Unity Government face with many problems and according to bilateral agreement the government should conduct the district election and Loya Jirga to change the constitution and make the position of prime minister for 2 years that could not.

Political opposition believe if National Unity Government cannot conduct Loya Jirga to change constitution and add the position of executive director in constitution after 2 years the age of the government end.

Water Course Reconstruction

Cultivation does not happened in Bamian and people do not spread the seed of potato in the farms and ox is primary starting in Bamian, people are busy with cleaning of the water course to bring water easily for irrigation of potato and wheat…

water course is originated from the Baba Mountains of water snow, spring and natural pools that are in the mountains with a big size which are connect to water courses.

Public cleaning of the water course has a traditional custom that people gather form all the place that belong the water course and all of them clean the water course and collect money to cook a special traditional food by themselves (men) and in other times cooking is belong to women and men do not do cook.

With full water flowing in spring people use it in farm so much and over the standard level according to professional of agriculture.

The first Ski Playground in Afghanistan

The first play ground of ski of Afghanistan inaugurated in Bamyan to Gunbadak mountain with presence of skiers of men and women.

it is the first that playground of Ski open in Afghanistan at the time that sports bring a lot of proud for people of Afghanistan in different fields from national and international competitions.

Ski is the first a new sport in Afghanistan that from recent year started among people of Bamyan in modern ways and in few years also get much proud for Afghanistan in international competitions in Bamayn and other counties.

International competitions of ski also held in Bamyan in recent winter that skiers participated from different countries of the world and also national competition among men and women also conducted in Bamyan.

Bamyan is a good place for ski in winter with mountains and snowy of it and interested of ski in Bamyan among youth of men and women to be a skier.

80% of Unwillingness of people to Parliamentarians

Focus organization has done a research about parliament as a point of people that show a big decrease of trust of people to parliamentarians and based to the research 80% of people are not satisfaction from their representatives in parliament.

Parliamentarians are corrupted and have the main role in corruption, injustice and breaking law and just support the people who are not eligible for the position but parliamentarians support to employ on the positions.

Parliamentarians just support their families to be on the power and have good jobs and work for their benefits and not for people benefits.

People even do not accept the parliamentarians as their representatives and they do not representative of them and do not attention on problems of people to solve them as their jobs according their law.

People will not participate in the future parliamentary election and people are not sure about transparency in election and also parliamentarians do not follow their jobs in parliament and majority of parliamentarians are mafia or partners of mafia.

13 Thousands Vacancies in Ministry of Education

Minister of Education of Afghanistan presented in parliament of Afghanistan and he announced about 13 vacancies in ministry of Education and all of them are in insecure places but the informants do not believe and they say in own ministry of Education in Kabul is also vacancies.

Jobless is a crisis in Afghanistan and millions of educated and youth are jobless and employment in government is according to party, power and bribe and without them the educated do not employ in government.

50 thousands vacancies are in all governmental organizations that for political reasons they do not announce on the time that people of Afghanistan sink in sea for finding jobs.

Government of Afghanistan does not create job opportunities for youth and even can employ educated on own vacancies to decrease jobless and people trust to government of Afghanistan.

Corruption, bribery, interfere of powerful and other government in Afghanistan and political behave with employment change the government to inefficient government with a mountains of problems.

Bamian with Rain

Rain is falling and the weather is cloudy at majority days in Bamian at the times that Bamian is getting warm slowly and Bamian is getting green and people start their work slowly in farms.

Rain has good effect in mountains when the rain is falling regularity the mountains are green and it is the very useful for animal husbandry and beautiful of nature.

When rain falls so fast the flood is flowing that is danger for farms and roads and also the water of rain does not absorb to the earth and waste with a big destroying for the people.

Majority of the home of people of Bamian is no paved that is possible to collapse in heavy rain like this year that raining continues up to 2 nights and days that destroyed some home of Bamian people.

Bamian has just one season of cultivation and if raining continue for more times the people of Bamian will get advantages from rain for cultivations.

This year is a good year by rain as we are in beginning of it from with slowly and rain for a long times before cultivation of people of Bamian.

Bamyan is an ancient province with a small city between red city and two statue of Buddha, besides of river with unpaved buildings that all the things are collected to this small city like selling of wood, butchery and killing of animal…

Now according to plan of local government wood selling should leave the small city and another place reserved for them in Kumbadak mountains and leave the farms besides of the small city.

killing of animal should also leave the city of Bamyan and take place in Gumbadak mountain to keep clean Bamyan city and be more healthy the meat.

For vehicles that work inside of Bamyan for transferring of passengers a separated place reserved to decrease crowd and terrific in city of Bamyan.

The people who live in caves that belong to UNESCO also should leave the caves for saving of sightseeing places in Bamyan and passing the middle centuries lives in Bamyan.

All the decision did not took place easily in government but all things will happen in Bamyan with stress of UNESCO for saving of land marks.   

Judicial System Will Reform

Sarwar Danish the second vice of president of Afghanistan who made speech in parliament of Afghanistan during some officials to parliament members announced that National Unity Government will reform Judicial system.

Judicial Force of Afghanistan corrupted and does not ensure justice and makes all judiciary decisions according to bribery and party and changes justice to injustice.

Prosecution system does not follow the law and does not search all the facts to make clear fact and no fact in cases and they also act based on bribe and party.

Employment of judge and prosecutor in Afghanistan are not based on law and transparency effected by political and also divided among parties all judicial posts.

Judicial force of Afghanistan is not also independent in some big issues and does not interfere in some cases that threaten national benefits for solving of them to save Afghanistan from crisis situations based on constitution of Afghanistan.   

Head of Agriculture Irrigation and Animal Husbandry of Bamayn should Curb

Local government of Bamayn ordered to curb the Engineer Muhammad Tahir Ataie the head of Department of Agriculture Irrigation (DAIL) and Animal Husbandry of Bamyan who accused to corruption in his position.

Before 8am daily broadcasted about corruption in Agriculture Support Program (ASP) which donate by New Zealand country in Bamyan by DAIL and Prime the NGO which implement the project in Bamayn.

Engineer Ataie is head of DAIL about fourteen year from first presidency of Karzai up to now without break in his work.

Ataie accused to corruption once by Abdul Jabbar Sabit the previous attorney general of Afghanistan but soon he delete his accusation to corruption.

Evergreen of Bamyan

After Nawruz the people are busy to get prepare for agriculture and cultivate their farm in traditional ways with ox and very very simple materials of cultivation maybe they are not useful in other countries that people of Bamyan use from them.

Planting is the main work of people of Bamayn to plan fruit trees and other trees after nawruz to get share in evergreen of Bamyan province, people of Bamyan trust to plant fruit trees for their needs and selling of them to market.

Bamyan is an agriculturist province and now continue cultivation in Bamyan with traditional ways and besides of helping of international community and specially New Zrealand the agricultrure did not to change to modern ways and all the helping spent to mis ways.

Besides of agriculture in Bamyan animal husbandry face with a big problem because of no attention of plant in mountains of Bamyan for example majority people of Bamyan prepare their fuel from plants of mountains and make difficult to find plant for animals.

The economy of Bamyan people are not good and they are poor because farmers buy all the things that import from Pakistan to Afghanistan and there is no market to sell their crops.

3 Students Pay 3 Millions

3 students abducted in Maidan Wardak highway to come from Daidundi to Kabul through Maidan Wardak by terrorism group in Maidan Wardak province and kept as hostages for some days and freed 3 of them with 3 million Afs.

The freed hostages mentioned that they kidnapped near of National force of Afghanistan military base with no reaction of military action against terrorism and they also dealt with money near of military base and freed there.

freed hostages said that they are students and it was difficult for any of them to pay 1 million Afs to terrorism for releasing of them but they sold all things and freed the abducted students from terrorism.

They claimed that government did not do anything to free them from terrorism group prison.

It is not the first time to kidnap casualties on Maidan Wardak highway and many innocent people killed there then government announced to make secure the highway but did not happed the government promises.

Last year local police that had made secure the highway surrounded by Taliban that other military forces did not help the local police and all of local police sacrificed there with a hard war.

After martyrdom of local police government of Afghanistan promised people to make secure the highway again and will punish the military authorities who did not do their jobs during surrounding of local police but did not punished until now.

Bamyan Is Getting Beautiful

In spring season Bamayn nature is changing and green replace to snow and where is graceful and beautiful nature and it is a good place to come here in spare time to get out all the mourning of the lives.

Security of Bamyan is a sample for all provinces of Afghanistan and Bamian is secure province that can go everywhere in every times with danger of terror attack, people of Bamian want to peace and help security organizations for ensuring peace in Bamian.

Mountains, valleys, deserts are full of grace in spring with a nice and clean weather and it is also private and not crowd with hospitable native people.

The culture of Bamian people are unique and traditional with differentiate of so much from other cities culture and produce beautiful handicrafts that are sample in the world and Bamian change to creative city in world by UNESCO with having folk art and crafts.

Bamina is the place of 2 big statue of Buddha within mountain for the little distance and with man and woman body that are opposite of Gholghola and Zuhak cities.

Landmarks, historic places, sightseeing and good nature of Bamian with hospitable people in Bamian encourage every people to meet Bamian for several times in their lives.

Jobless and Dark Future

Job is no find and day by day the situation of employment is getting worse, youth and educated people lose their jobs from national and international organizations because of decreasing of international community fund and budget.

Government does not create hope for continuation of better lives in Afghanistan, just deceive people to bring facilities in people lives and ensure peace in Afghanistan and make the situation of economy good and fight against corruption.

Promises of government do not change to fact and just are using for getting trust of people to government but with a lot of lie promises it is difficult to accept fact of government.

Currency of Afghanistan is losing its cost against other currency and all clothes are increasing their costs, the internal products have any markets and continuations of lives of are difficult Afghanistan like being the same situations.

Terrorism groups vast their activations and get money from people in different ways or sacrifice casualties in highways and other places to create terror among people about brutality of terror attacks.

Toys of Children of Afghanistan

The majority of people of Afghanistan are illiterate and do not know the effect of toy on children mind and from another side people of Afghanistan live with war and like to save war materials.

People of Afghanistan do not honor the rights of children and behave sometimes that children think that is insulting for them but the parents do not attention on them.

Parents buy for boys toy of war materials like guns, knives… to practice the war from childhood that the parents do not realize the effect of war materials for children.

With playing of war materials the children interested to war and continue having war materials in youth and having war materials cause to increase war and violence among people.

If children use from toys of vehicles, construction materials and technology interested to do not continue war and get active role to on construction of the country and bring proud for the country.

Gun is common toy for boy to play the role of Police, Terrorism and hero of the films and proud to be a hero in war and killing of more human and when the children grow up with gun prefer use from materials to increase violence.

Taliban Is Ready to Continue War

Spring is the season of war between government of Afghanistan and Taliban. Taliban start fighting in spring on the time that climate of Afghanistan is getting warm. This year also Taliban is ready to continue war instead of peace with government of Afghanistan after quartet peace talking.

Quartet peace talking among Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and USA and had 4 session about how to ensure peace in Afghanistan and they also drew the ways of peace and decided if Taliban does not participate in peace talking will face to military action.

Pakistan threatened  Taliban if they do not participate in peace talking, Pakistan will get out the families of Taliban from Pakistan and other countries also threatened Taliban to face with military actions of their countries.

Taliban did not stop its terror attack in Afghanistan and increase its terror attack but no countries do not react against Taliban to force on Taliban for participating in peace talking with government of Afghanistan.

Informants believe that Pakistan is not honest for ensuring peace in Afghanistan and also support Taliban to create insecurity in Afghanistan and in winter which is difficult for Taliban to fight in Afghanistan. Pakistan deceive government of Afghanistan to peace talking and support Taliban.

People With Different ID

Pashtun is a nationality that live in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India countries but all of them call themselves Afghan and also have Identification Card of Afghanistan (ID) with Pakistan and India ID.

All the Pashtun have rights to come in Afghanistan without any problems and have all the rights that citizens of Afghanistan have and more than the rights of minorities of Afghanistan.

It is the reason that Pashtun claim they are the majority race of Afghanistan and should have all the best in Afghanistan.

Pashtun believe that Afghanistan is belong to them and they are the main owner of Afghanistan. Taliban is Pashtun and they has a slang "Afghanistan is from Pashtun, Tajik go to Tajikistan, Uzbek go Uzbekistan and Hazara go to cemetery".

Some Pashtun leaders do not accept the Pashtun of Pakistan are not from Afghanistan and they believe all the Pashtun of Pakistan is belong to Afghanistan and do not accept the present border between of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

They are the reasons that people of Afghanistan live without a unity identification and Pakistan interfere in Afghanistan and want make the Afghanistan a part of Pakistan. 

Terrorism Groups in 20 Provinces of Afghanistan

Terrorism from different groups and different countries are in 20 provinces of Afghanistan and do terror activation against people and government of Afghanistan in different ways like suicide attack, fight against national forces of Afghanistan, preach against government of Afghanistan and treat people to accept them.

People of Afghanistan live in their country with no rest and see all the times all kinds of terror that are impossible for a human to do them against other human in every situation like killing of children and women…

The insecurity when increased which the NATO forces wanted to leave Afghanistan and National forces of Afghanistan should ensure peace in Afghanistan by themselves and fight against international terrorism independently.
