Nooristani Will Announce the Date of Election

Muhammad Usof Nooristani the head of Afghanistan Independent Commission announced that he is agree with decision of Parliament that rejected the law of election by lower house of parliament.

Nooristani the head of Afghanistan Independent Election Commission (AIEC) made crisis in last presidency election that the result of election did not announce and National Unity Government formed.

Abdullah Abdullah the executive director and Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan signed bilateral agreement to bring reform in election commissions and its law.

Conflict between Abdullah and Ghani caused that parliamentary election did not conduct.

Reforming commission to bring reform in election commissions formed and present its suggestions to president.

Choosing commission to choose election commissioners formed from different organizations and started its work.

Reforming law that presented to lower house of parliament rejected by its members and also galvanized criticisms about decision of civil society organizations and mentioned decision of parliament is opposite of constitution that parliament cannot bring  at its agenda the law of election on last year.
