Child Policy

China changed one child policy to two children, before couple of chines could not have more than one child the policy allow them to have two children.In Afghanistan no one thing about controlling of population, there is no child policy every couple can have children as they want.In medium Afghan family have 5-7 children and in exceptional a couple have 15-20 children, that is also create problems for parents and the couple cannot fulfill suitable food, clothes and parents are not able to send all of them to school and it causes to work hard the children.Boys prefer than girls in Afghan culture and in all opportunity boys are in priority, if it is possible in a family two kids should go to school the first chance is for boys.No controlling of population also causes poverty and jobless.Parliamentarians of Afghanistan do not attention to this important issue.Government is busy for ensuring peace, but without having a good policy in different sectors peace was not ensure. 

Migrant library

Migrant library established in Bamyan for children by Saber Husaini one of Bamyan residence and he distributes books for children by bicycle in center of Bamyan books are also for children.

Saber Husaini has established the library for children of Bamyan, husaini has some books with bicycle that put the books in the box of behind his bicycle and transfer them to villages.

While children see Saber Husaini with his bicycle, the children come near of Husaini, the children give previous books and take the new books.

People of Bamyan are willing from the library and they say when the library activated children study books and they are not in lane and do not play fight and do not buy gun for playing.

Children also say this library bring books according to their ability, before they could not find books of children in other library.

Encouraging of children to study causes that children do not play fight with each other and from childhood they are peaceful.

Bicycle also used for suicide attack in Afghanistan and it is the first time to transfer books for children.

Shade Theater from Shirin Hazara

Shirin Hazara is a girl who was in Abdul Rahman era in Urozgan Province of Afghanistan, when Abdul Rahman troops attached to Hazara people and killed 63 percent of Hazara and conquered Hazara region.

On that era Shirin Hazara with 39 other girls did not accept cruelty and escaped to a mountain when Abdul Rahman went near of them they fall down themselves from a mountain and died.

People always say about bravery of them, there is only local story and no one celebrate the date of sacrificed of them.

A High school is also by the name of Shirin Hazara High School in center of Bamyan.

This afternoon MIME, MEHRGAN AND ROWZANA PRODUCTION did a shade theater about Shiring Hazara and described the story and said how and why they did the theater.

Earthquake in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan and India

I search in internet for my friends data in my home with my computer, we need to call Kabul and telecommunication services stopped we continue for our searching that Internet also stopped the service. We go out and hear from all about earthquake.

When internet start services again I searched that I found at the first killing of 12 girls in a school in Takhar province of Afghanistan and other injured and killed in other provinces including of Pakistan, yesterday Afghan authority confirmed person 30 died in Afghanistan and it is not the exact number and it will clear soon.

At night I open 8am daily and read a topic about earth quake and I shake once again.

All media talk about destruction of earthquake and survivors, in some provinces like Badakhshan which is the center of earthquake homes destroyed and other provinces and survivors live in cold weather in open area.

It is the time that government of Afghanistan has very bad situation fighting against Taliban, corruption, problems among government officials, jobless of people, economic problems, no believing of people to government…

Government could not account the sacrificed of this disaster, and could not sent food, clothes for sacrificed, they just established a committee to follow this issue.

Some apartment got gap from this earth quake in capital of Afghanistan and people now notice of building security.

There is no standard building to be save in earth quake, if this earthquake did not happen at more than 200 Km deep it will cause crises.

Bamyan Perspective: Hope over Borders

Hope over Borders

All people search their happiness over borders of Afghanistan, all people try to exit from Afghanistan and reach to their hope. All people thing if they exit from Afghanistan they end and pass all unfortunates.

Jobless persons want to leave Afghanistan for finding jobs, they go to Europe countries and other countries to find jobs that youth and adults.

Those people who have jobs they leave Afghanistan to be save in other countries, they afraid from future of Afghanistan because NATO troops abandon Afghanistan, government of Afghanistan have not clear politics against terrorists.

Educated persons also leave Afghanistan because there is no bright future, and they see their bright future in abroad.

Fight, bribery, corruption, jobless, poverty, discrimination… cause that people leave Afghanistan.

Australia do not accept Afghan refugee and there are many refugee to want citizenship of Australia.

Europe countries also do not accept Afghan refugee, Germany announced that they return Afghan refugee to Afghanistan.

And other countries of Europe threaten that close their border for refugee.

More than 152 thousands refugees went to Europe countries this year that Afghanistan has second grade.

There is spent lot money for creating job opportunity in Afghanistan, but there is no good result.

I wake up and see around the room that is dark I wear my coat and walk toward door and when I open the door, see snow that is falling and all the places are white.

There is Bamyan the cold province of Afghanistan and in winter snow is very much and very cold but today is not winter it is the second day of second fall month.

In this season all potato harvests are on the farm with few coldness they become frozen, and people are not ready for coldness.

If the weather be cold there is no place for animal and all of them should in home and use from dried plants that is very expensive for people.

All roads are not save because people are in danger when they trip.

People have to use in their home from stove for heating of the living rooms and it is also expensive for people.

Now I am very cold I come from out and I heat myself in my rooms.

And I do not know about potato harvest that are frozen or no.

People get a lot disadvantages from this snow. 

General Dostum went to Noth

General Abdul Rashid Dostum the first vice of Afghanistan President went to North Provinces of Afghanistan for fighting against terrorists.

It is the second round that General went to north provinces at first round he defeated terrorists from some North Provinces, when general leave the north, terrorists come back. Now they occupied some districts of Fariab province and general promised to take out terrorists from all districts and ensure peace in north provinces.

The only question is why ministry of defense and other general from security organizations do not go to for fighting against terrorists?

Vice of presidency is not security post. 

potato

90 % of Bamyan farmers cultivate potato with high quality and with two colors red and white and different kinds of potato that market of Afghanistan is not enough for them.

There is no foreign market for them to export in other countries like Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, India, and Turkmenistan ….   

This year potato cost is 60Afs (1USD)/sir (7 kg) last year was 160Afs/sir (7 kg) that shows a big decrease of potato cost in Bamyan.

There is no way for farmers to fulfil their expenditure without potato and it shows a big disadvantage of farmers.

Government has not any attention for export of potato in other country and there is no cultivation to replace potato.

If government does not attention in agriculture crops it cannot improve economic of Afghanistan and Afghanistan rests import country.

There is no companies and other tasks for people to work, the only way that can create jobs for people that is agriculture and government does not attention to it.
