Taliban announced that they
will not participate in quartet peace talking until NATO force is presence in Afghanistan,
be in the prison Taliban members, government of Afghanistan does not attack on Taliban
and constitution of Afghanistan should change otherwise Taliban will not
participate in peace talking session.
At four quartet peace talking
session announced that government of Afghanistan will meet Taliban at the first
week of March 2016 in Pakistan to talk to about ensuring of peace in Afghanistan
and sharing of Taliban to power.
Pakistan also announced that leaders
of Taliban with their families live in Pakistan and Pakistan present health
services for them, if Taliban does not present to peace talking Pakistan will
get out them from Pakistan.
If Taliban does not participate
in peace talking what will happened to Afghanistan and relation of Taliban and Pakistan,
Pakistan will stop its supporting from Taliban and help government of Afghanistan.
They are the questions that we can find the all responds for spending of times.
Government of Afghanistan what
will do, if Taliban does not participate in peace talking, the peace talking
will be failed like announcing of the death of Mullah Omer that stopped the
peace talking.
Government of Afghanistan and
people of Afghanistan pay the disadvantages of peace talking like strengthening
of Taliban, get opportunity to empower Taliban and show Taliban as a legal group
not terrorism group.
