Urban Culture

Urban culture is an important element for the people who live in a city because some people come from rural in the city and do not know the way of life in city and create some problems for other neighbors.

One reason that why Afghanistan municipalities cannot clean the garbage from the city is that people of Afghanistan are not familiar with urban culture and do not attention to keep clean the city.

Bamyan is a province of Afghanistan that running toward unclean city, increasing of population of Bamyan and do not attention of Bamyan people to clean garbage, not paying money for paying garbage by people and inefficient of municipality of Bamyan cause to unclean Bamyan.

Lack of sewage system is another reason for unclean of Bamyan, because wastewater go to through lane and cause awful smell and unclean.

If people of Bamyan and municipality of Bamyan do not attention to keep clean Bamyan after few years Bamyan will change to an unclean city like Kabul.
