Women have not Economy Rights in Afghanistan Culture

Women are the things of shameful and dignity for men and if women do any it is return to men that be shameful or dignity and if men do anything the results return to men in Afghanistan based in traditional culture up to now.

Women are mother, sister or daughter of men and call by the name of daughter of men, wife of men and sister of men even in family calling the name of women is shameful and taboo.

If husband of a woman die the woman is belong to her husband families at the fist should choose another husband from her husband family and it is not to bear the woman choose a husband from other family and this culture is changing now in Afghanistan.

It is rare to get women their father properties at the first the father advice all of girls and boys for not getting of girls properties near of death on hard situation of the life and girls cannot say no on sensitive situation.

If girl want her right from her brother the brother does not act as brother and answer with negative respond, getting of right by girl is opposite of culture and it is shameful for all and people also say the girl is not human and humanity of a girl according culture is accepting all the things without protest and criticisms from men.

This situation came from the past with traditional culture of Afghanistan and women keep inside of homes with low qualities than men.

In 14 recent year with slogan of defend from women rights in Afghanistan some men and women misuse from the name of defend from rights of women. 

Where is Better for People of Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a warlord country and human sacrifice in every section like custom, traditional, religions and culture from all of them powerful misuse and sacrifices casualties.

People live in War for 3 decades and experienced all cruelty killing, injuring, destroying and people bear all of them in Afghanistan in anarchy situation that all the villages had separately rulers with different ways as their wishes.

When NATO and international community came in Afghanistan at 2001 and people of Afghanistan thought development will happen in Afghanistan and people of Afghanistan will forget all bad situations.

After passing 14 years of NATO and international community in Afghanistan all the things happened upset and security did not ensure in Afghanistan, Taliban the terrorism group which collapsed in 2001 got power again and creating insecurity for people of Afghanistan.

People confused that with coming all the world in Afghanistan security did not ensure in Afghanistan, people made hopeless that if world forces are in Afghanistan and there is no political decision do ensure peace in Afghanistan.

People left the country for seeking the better lives out of Afghanistan and majority of them went Europe countries in the 2 recent years and with all difficulties on the ways when reached to destination countries, people do not face with good behave.

Provincial Council of Bamyan

Provincial council of Bamyan should monitor from activities of local government and development projects of Bamyan, Advice local government of Bamyan, decrease violence against women based on gender and decrease poppy cultivation… according to laws of Afghanistan.

Provincial council of Bamyan is not active and do not play its role actively for development of Bamyan and all provincial council members are busy to private works and they are not present in the council.

Provincial council members are not eligible for their position and they have not enough education to be important for development of Bamyan and do not know about their role in good governance.

Provincial council members are belong to political parties and collect votes for equipment of parties and with budget of political parties or provincial council members are wealthy and bought the votes of people with money.

People are illiterate and vote based on money and political parties and never vote for the people who have plan for working to develop Bamyan.

Obstacles for no Development of Bamyan

No coordination among civil society, provincial council, local government and parliamentarians galvanize less attention of central government and international donors in Bamyan.

Some organizations or people do advocacy for development of Bamyan separately with no cooperation of each other and in some issues there is serious opposition among of them and they want advantages for their villages and districts illogically.

Parliamentarians, members of provincials council and local government of Bamyan misuse from their position and work for political parties or on their own pockets instead of public beneficiaries.

Discrimination of central government also the main reason of no development of Bamyan province and postpone the some development project of Bamyan like reconstruction of highways like north-south highways and center- west highways which pass through Bamyan.

No unity voice of Bamyan from all types of Bamyan people for advocating and accuse of each other to corruption and inefficient also cause no development of Bamyan.

Being political of governmental organizations of Bamyan and acting of them according to political also cause that Bamyan keep out of development and the people who are with high ability and have not political membership cannot employ in key position of government is another obstacle for no development of Bamyan.

Development Budget of Bamyan

Bamyan has 119 million USD for development project in 1395 according to passed project of Bamyan from parliament of Afghanistan that 72 USD million of them is belong to the two highways of Bamyan-Doshi and Banyan Samangan that only 47 million of them remain in Bamyan and less than from the development budget of a district of some province of Afghanistan.

The construction of Doshi-Bamyan and Samangan-Banyan highways are not inside of Bamyan this year and they are in other provinces but their budget decrease from development Budget of Bamyan.    

It is worth to mention that some projects by the name of Bamyan province implemented to other provinces of Afghanistan for example a hydroelectric implemented in Sorkh Rood Farah by the name of Bamyan and its budget decreased from Bamyan.

Projects implement to other provinces of Afghanistan by the name of Bamyan to show absorb desire of donors and show that projects based on justice in Afghanistan according to governmental plans.

Parliamentarians of Bamyan do not try for more budget in Bamyan and to prevent from the projects by the name of Bamyan with implementation to other provinces of Afghanistan.

Parliamentarians of Bamyan try for their private works and they instead of trying for Bamyan beneficiary they do deal with ministers and employ their relatives to key positions and be unaware from development budget.

Advocating in Bamyan

National Unity Government formed in Afghanistan with a slogan to fight against corruption and bribery of officials and people were hopeful the government will free from corruption and other fortunate were on dream of people in governance.

Day by day the government lost the reliability of itself among people and people knew that government is deceiving people and itself is the main corrupted government and slogan not match with acting of the government.

Muhammad Taher Zuhair the governor of Bamyan had serious decision for fighting against corruption and will behave with corrupted seriously out of any consideration.

Civil activists of Banyan are hopeless about fighting against corruption and governor of Bamyan misuse from fighting against corruption and defend from corrupted officials who are on his team and political party.

Reform does not happen if leaders of government have decision to delete corruption from governmental organizations and in province it is difficult to decrease corruption without decision of governor.

Judicial System in Bamyan

People of Bamyan seeking justice in their lives that could not find until now and the Judiciary system that its job is to ensure justice in society itself create injustice in society and change the justice to injustice.

Corruption in judiciary system of Bamyan is very much and without bribe the case does not solve and court of Bamyan make decision based on bribe not justice and law and judge try to make their pocket not the country.

More bribe is the complete wining of the case and finding powerful people is another successful for the case, from parliamentarian, provincial council, high ranking officials, powerful people and illegal gunmen interfere to judicial system and make injustice the justice and make decision to win wealthy and supported people.

There is not judge in fact in Bamyan the people who act as a judge is thinking about their position and order the people who support the judge during employment is preferable than laws.

Judicial system of Bamyan need reform to make better the situation of judiciary system and bring justice and present real service for people of Bamyan.

Every judge do not get bribe directly and have the second person to collect bribe for them in hotel and other informal places and the promise who get bribe for judge is reliable for judge and court of Bamyan.

No Decision for Fighting Against Corruption

Muhammad Taher Zuhair the governor of Bamyan came in Bamyan with slogan of fighting against corruption and opened the dossier of Education Department of Bamyan that Director of it is in prison and some other accused like previous and present staffs of it are out of prison.

Governor of Bamyan stopped its fighting against corruption in Education Department and want to use as media issues from Education Department and informants believe that local government of Bamyan has political behave with Education Department.

All documents that broadcasted in media about corruption of Department of Agriculture Irrigation and Livestock (DAIL) of Bamyan province keep close its dossier and governor deceive people of Bamyan to a good opportunity of fight against corruption with DAIL.

Municipality of Bamyan is also full of criticism on its working and corruption for distributing of homes, markets... and present municipality services for people of Bamyan but local governor of Bamyan is silent with Municipality corruption.

Mayor of Bamyan become the deputy of Ministry of Urban Development for many corruption in municipality of Bamyan and also local government presented the mayor appreciation letter dependent on mayor`s activities.

Hopeless increase about fighting against corruption in Bamyan and civil activists believe that governor is not honest for fighting against corruption and just misuse from corruption against his political rivals.

Literary Work in Bamyan

Bamyan is not the province with people to think about art products and literacy products because of no culture no pay on reading of news letter, books, fabulous, story, roman and poems in spare times.

People of Bamyan is not familiar with studying besides of having free times in their lives, people of Bamyan live to spend their spare times in winter in warm places with no goals and just think how to make day, night to sleep.

Majority of people are inactive and cannot use from their abilities and they remain useless up to death, there is no program to make active the people and use from ability of the people.

People are poor, jobless with full of useless ability, people live poverty and having the basic material for lives with no opportunity of use from spare times, people of Bamyan have a lot spare times.

There is no daily in Bamyan and there is no supporting program from studying and magazine in Bamyan.

People who are busy with magazine and arts are facing with financial problems because people are not interested with studying and never pay money for magazine and daily and also there is no advertisement announcement for daily and magazine.

Artists are with empty pocket and deadly atmosphere of arts in Bamyan.

Immigration and Challenges in Afghanistan

250000 people of Afghanistan from all types and aged were seeker asylum in Europe countries in 2015 and 30000 asylum seekers are in 2016 with accepting all dangers of ways and no accepting of host countries.

Afghanistan asylum seekers are after Iraq and Syria countries according of amount and from insecurity of leaving countries, Afghanistan is also after Syria according to insecurity.

The asylum seekers of Afghanistan have less chance to accept in Europe countries as a citizen because Afghanistan refugee is call economic refugee that is not acceptable for Europe countries.

A lot of refugee of Afghanistan from Europe countries brought disadvantages in Afghanistan, the refugee exit a lot money from Afghanistan and the people who left Afghanistan had job and money and majority of them are educated person and youth and made vulnerable Afghanistan based on human resource.

refugee in Europe countries have not good situation and they are live in comp without having rights to work and going to other countries of Europe, the refugee cannot return back to Afghanistan for spending of a lot of money to reach the destination countries, and it is difficult to accept as the host countries. 

Nooristany Resigns

Usof Noorsitany the director of Afghanistan Independent Election Commission resigned from his position today after a hard conflict on reforming of election system of Afghanistan that Nooristany was opposite of reform.

The last election of presidency of Afghanistan was corrupted and the result was not announced that the National Unity Government formed from both of electoral teams and both of them signed a bilateral letter to bring reform in election system.

for reforming of election system Abdullah Absullah the executive director and Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan have different idea that provoked no reforming of election up to now.

It is unknown that Nooristany for which reason resigned and executive director or president forced to resign or himself with satisfaction resigned.

Nooristany before mentioned, he never resign if any force him to resign and as a point of Nooristany, the election commissioners accepted by parliament of Afghanistan that no one can delete from their position.

Noorsitany was opposite of reforming of election system and he believed the other people who choose as a new commissioners are illegal and opposite of law, the present commissioners are for five years that no one have authority to delete them from their position. 

Small War in Afghanistan

War is in continuation in Afghanistan in all parts like fight among government of Afghanistan, Taliban and ISIS; fight among holy war leaders that are in power now for instance violence of Ata Muhmmad Noor and General Dustom followers...

Fight in villages also continue that people also fight with nonsense thing with each other that injure each other and when they refer to court they became contrite because of corruption and injustice in court of Afghanistan.

then people refer to big people of their village and accept all decision that they make even opposite of law of Afghanistan. and injustice in court of Afghanistan provoke that people do not refer to court.

Fight in all parts in Afghanistan show that people of Afghanistan are uneducated and do not realize the importance of peace and peaceful lives.

Peace is a word that missed in Afghanistan and people cannot find it and world also could not ensure peace in Afghanistan with different reasons and after trying of 14 year of NATO forces Afghanistan is insecure.

Peace will not return to Afghanistan, if people of Afghanistan do not be ready for peaceful lives and forming a powerful government to prevent from interfere of foreign countries.

We believe to gossip that fact, when our ear hearsay something we believe it without thinking about it which is right or wrong and our thought is directly related to our ears and we judge based on gossip and hearsay.

Famous of people is belong gossip and unpopular of people is also belong to gossip not according to their acting in their society in Afghanistan war leaders and Mullah are the famous that they war leaders kill, destroy Afghanistan and people do not attention on their acting and for their names and power like war leaders.

Youth and Educated should be careful about acting of people of Afghanistan according to gossip and change the mind of people to judge according to thought and not according gossip.

Educated can activate to remove the value of gossip among people in all parts through seminar, workshop, media and social media and replace the thinking instead of hearsay.

Taliban Fight Afghanistan Each Other

When the death of Mullah Omar the previous leader of Taliban announced Taliban divided in two parts with the leadership of Mullah Rasoul and Mullah Mansour and now the two leaders call eligible themselves for leadership of Taliban.

The two groups are not unity and fights against each other in Afghanistan that kill many of their soldiers and call non-Muslim the opposite of Each other and claim the opposite group is support by Pakistan that want make awful Taliban.

Taliban is a terrorism group which came from Pakistan and occupied 90 percent of Afghanistan and made a government for having power of one race of Afghanistan and with no rights for women and other people of Afghanistan.

Taliban killed Abdul Ali Mazari the leader of Hezbi Wahdat Islami Afghanistan in meeting and then fought with other groups of Afghanistan with the support of Pakistan government.

Taliban did genocide in Mazar-i-Sharif and Bamyan and destroyed home of people and burnt them, Taliban did not accept other sects and religions of Afghanistan and they want other people should accept its sects and follow them.

Taliban killed Masoud and Al-Qaeida attacked in USA business center from Afghanistan that provoked Attack of NATO in Afghanistan and defeat Taliban and formed a new democratic government.

Taliban also support by Pakistan and fight against new government of Afghanistan that continue up to now. before one year the death of Mullah Omar the leader of Taliban announced and Taliban separated with two groups and fight against each other.

Today the followers of Dostum and Ata Noor the governor of Balkh got violence in a north province of Afghanistan that killed a human and injured 5 people according to reliable media reports.

General Dostum is the leader of Junbish Milli Afghanistan and now the first vice of president of Afghanistan and he is famous in war and besides of first vice of president he participate in war directly.

General Dostum has followers in Uzbek nationality of Afghanistan and Uzbek support the General in every time and in elections the votes of Uzbek is belong to General and in Every election team that General be all the Uzbek vote to the team.

Ata Muhammad Noor is the governor of Balkh in 14 year without any changes and he is belong Jamiat Islami the party that belong to Tajik people of Afghanistan and he is powerful man of Tajik that interfere in all places even in presidency palace and support of Takik galvanize that he remains in his position for many oppositions and criticism.

Killing the innocent people is the routine of Taliban and other terrorism groups that no one protest to stop innocent people killing. people are common with killing and are satisfaction to be killed and do not accept to cut the photo of their leaders or someone say use bad word for their leader.

protesters warned that they will continue the protest, if the doers of cutting of photo of General do not arrest and punish and General request from his followers that stop the protest.

95 Is Fighting Against Corruption

President Ashraf Ghani announced in Nawruz ceremony that 1395 is the year of fighting against corruption in Afghanistan and accepted corruption in governmental organizations and he believe that corruption of the heritage of Karzai presidency.

Besides other promises of National Unity Government, informants believe that the announcing of fighting against corruption is a slogan and it will not change to reality like other promises.

National Unity government opened the dossier of Kabul Bank corruption which put it uncompleted and just used it in media for showing their serious decision about corruption that failed.

Farkhunda a girl that burnt near of presidency palace of Afghanistan her dossier did not complete after one year that high ranking officials emphasized to follow the dossier and denounce the burning of Farkhunda.

Many corruption dossiers do not follow by government of Afghanistan with broadcasting of some research by media about corruption like ghost school, army, police, teachers, projects.

According to parliament of Afghanistan monitoring 1160 projects are ghost and do not implemented in Afghanistan but the budgets spent and 40 billion USD are unknown from international community help.

System is corrupted in Afghanistan that it is difficult to fight against corruption without a serious decision of high ranking official of three state of Afghanistan, unfortunately high ranking officials are the cause of corruption and they are corrupted.

Abuzar the 12 year old boy withheld from suicide attack in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan and he explained that Taliban described him to National forces of Afghanistan is non-Muslim and when he entered in a mosque in Nangarhar saw national force to pray there.

If terrorism have shelter in any country of the world will attack to any save country across the world and will create terror among people of the world and will sacrifice the humanity for having a wild lives and ominous goals.

Al-Qaida Attacked to New York Business Center in 2001 from Afghanistan that made unity the world to fight against terrorism in Afghanistan that attacked to Afghanistan and freed Afghanistan from terrorism and formed democratic government and unfortunately released Afghanistan in the way.

ISIS attacked in Russia airplane in Egypt and made down the plan and killed a lot innocent people of Russia and galvanized that Russia start its attack to ISIS in Syria and defeat ISIS and now Russia exit its force from Syria.

ISIS also attacked from Middle East to France and sacrificed a lot of people with a terror attack which made unity the world to defeat ISIS and France started its attack to ISIS and arrested the doers of terror attack of France.

Terrorism also attacked to Belgium the country which Salah Abdul Salam the main criminal of France Terror attack arrested there. Terrorists are trying to make insecure the world for their ominous goals.

If international community do not act seriously against terrorism to delete them otherwise the terrorism will make insecure the world and sacrifice more human by nonsense reasons.

Education Start in Afghanistan

The gates of school opened for students in Afghanistan with a formal ceremony that Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan made a speech about Education of Afghanistan.

President Ghani said that Education system is not to fulfill the need of students according to this time and he said that we need a discourse to reform the Education system of Afghanistan.

700 schools are close because of insecurity in Afghanistan and there is also a lot corruption in education like ghost schools, teachers and students a lot money from help of international community robbed by the name of Education in Karzai presidency.

In 14 recent year besides of all problems amount of students from girls and boys are increasing that this year about 1 million students will go to school as new students.

Corruption, interfering of high ranking officials to education and insecurity cause that many school be close and students cannot go to school and traditional custom also cause that people do not allow girls to go school in some provinces of Afghanistan.

Low salary, corruption and lack of professional teacher cause that quality of education be low and education lose its assurance and no update system of education is also another main problem of Afghanistan.

Farmer Day in Afghanistan

The second day of all New Year is Nation Day of Farmer in Afghanistan that high ranking officials with farmers start planting in all parts of Afghanistan and conduct exhibition from crop to show abilities of Afghanistan about agriculture.

Exhibition of agriculture crop hold in Afghanistan with presence of president of Afghanistan in Badam Bagh Kabul that is an opportunity to government attention on agriculture and try to develop agriculture.

In this year Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan participated in agriculture crop exhibition and promised people of Afghanistan to attention on Agriculture and governmental organizations will buy from internal production and will increase the tax of import crop.

Supporting of agriculture was a slogan in Afghanistan without doing support of agriculture and every year agriculture and municipality organizations do planting but there is no saving system for plant that after planting the plant get damage.

Transferring ways for carrying of crop to other provinces of Afghanistan and foreign countries also the problem for farmers and merchant and the clothes transfer from very bad ways with very expensive cost inside of Afghanistan.

Some water of Afghanistan go to neighbor countries without suitable using inside of Afghanistan and government of Afghanistan promise people to construct electricity dam on river to produce hydroelectric and using of water for farms.

Agricultural productions of Afghanistan export to foreign countries traditionally without processing and it causes that crop of Afghanistan cannot find market out of Afghanistan.

No springhouse to save crop on them provoke that all crop present to Bazar for once time otherwise they will get damage for cold and warm results and it is the problems that farmer of Afghanistan complains.

Crops in Afghanistan

Afghanistan is an agriculture country and majority people of it are busy with agriculture and fulfil their expenditure from agriculture crops but framers of Afghanistan is not willingness from marketing of crop.

People are busy with agriculture but bad marketing of crop and no helping of government of Afghanistan and no program to find market for agriculture cause that crop cannot find market and farmers defeat against foreign crop.

Farmers of Afghanistan use all things in agriculture that import from foreign countries and they are also expensive than neighbors countries and farmers buy agriculture needs expensive and sell their crop cheap.

Insecurity in Afghanistan also causes that farmers cannot sell the crop and merchant cannot go for buying of crop in some parts of Afghanistan and crop sell inside Afghanistan very cheap.

Afghanistan surrounded by land and has not any border to ocean and Pakistan also does not allow Afghanistan to export the crop on India country.

Corruption in tax system also the reason that internal production cannot challenge with foreign import in Afghanistan and buying the need of government of Afghanistan from foreign also another reason that internal crop cannot challenge with foreign import of crop.

Foreign crop with law quality come in Afghanistan and the cost is cheap than internal crop. People of Afghanistan has bad economy and prefer to buy cheap thing without attention on their qualities.

Nawruz

Nawruz is the day that season change and nature alive again and people celebrate this day with different ways and some people join it with religion and some people reject the Nawruz according to Islam.

Nawruz is belong to people before Islam that celebrate Nawruz to alive nature and people celebrated the day to appreciate and get preparation for cultivation and passing the cold season without cultivation and passing the spending season.

Nawruz promise people that spending and cold season finished and cultivation and collecting season is on the way and people were happy to pass a bad season and good season is coming with beautifulness.

Some religious people that do not attention to other idea and customs are opposite of Nawruz and order against Nawruz and denounce Nawruz.

Nawruz is not belong to any religion and it is an ancient custom to reach to our era and it is appreciable to celebrate alive of nature and coming good season that for every success we celebrate it with happiness. 

Nawruz in Afghanistan

People of Afghanistan celebrate Nawruz opposite of some religious people in Nawroz people of Afghanistan wear new clothes and are happy and have specific customs to celebrate Nawruz.

Some people gather in Mazar-i-Sharif of Afghanistan to celebrate Nawruz with special flowers that bloom in Nawruz in mountains and desert and tomb of Hazrat Ali with formal session and raising of flag of the tomb.

There are a lot of music about flowers of Mazari-e-Sharif and celebration of Nawruz in Mazar-i-Sharif the music is from Afghanistan musicians and foreigner’s musicians and in Mazar-i-Sharif also foreigners participate.

People in all parts of Afghanistan have different customs. People of Afghanistan play music and have dancing sessions and other local customs, people have Buzkashi, playing egg…

Being happy is the main custom of Nawruz and it is the sharing point among people of Afghanistan and the day people go to relatives homes and say congratulation new year to each other.

Nawruz also has special food from 7 different things and it is different that people of Afghanistan have own local food for Nawruz to invite people of their homes.

Celebrating of Nawruz in Bamyan

All people of Bamyan celebrate Nawruz in traditional ways and it is different from district to district and valley to valley and some villages of Bamyan celebrate Nawruz with welfare and pray for having security, having good agriculture and other fortunate things in their lives.

In Bamyan Nawruz has religious value and people of Bamyan believe that Hazrat Ali the first Imam of Shia got power because of people of Bamyan have traditional watch to Nawruz and celebrate Nawruz with pray.

In Nawruz some people of Bamyan say special pray for having good luck during the ongoing year and people kill sheep and cow for welfare and pray all the villagers for facing of fortunate in the next year.

Some people who are engaged are have to buy gifts for girl engaged and go the homes to present the gift of engagement to his girl engaged and besides of people go elder family homes to say congratulation the New Year.

People of Bamyn also go on cemetery in Nawruz to request forgiveness from Allah for their dead relatives and with watching cemetery people feel that human is mortal and will die soon or later.

Playing eggs, going of seeing nature, playing music, traditional dance and singing and other local is the custom of Nawruz and people think if they be happy in Nawruz they will be happy in all days of the years.

Bamyan province of Afghanistan is undeveloped province and there is no paved road without little highways and lane it is difficult to walk because of mud and puddle of unpaved lanes in rainy weather and after rain.

All homes are not according to municipality plan and people make home as they want and some town that constructed by municipality of Bamyan are without sewage system and sewage flow to lane that make lane awful and create silt and puddle in the lanes.

Other homes that constructed without plan are full of problems about electricity, clean water, sewage system… when people want to walk have to put their food within mud and puddle.

No attention of government of Afghanistan to Bamyan make hopeless people of Bamyan to change the situation of their lives and have home according to municipality plans and separate their lives from puddle and mud.

All the things are ready to implement development projects in Bamyan according to security, cooperation of people and only the thing to prevent development in Bamyan is discrimination of high ranking officials of government of Afghanistan because of road of Bamyan does not paved with help of international community.

Choosing Name for Baby in Afghanistan

When a baby born in a family it is important that the baby is boy or girl if the baby is boy the family will be happy and if the baby is girl at the first person who is unhappy is mother of baby and start violence from the moment against the girl.

Besides of violence and when baby born in a family people hung a string over the gate that people do not inter in home for some traditional reasons.

On 7 day after baby born, the family of baby invite all relatives to come on their home for having lunch or dinner and then every person choose a name for baby and the name who come out from lottery it is the name of baby.

Parent try to have religious name their baby or someone put some compound name from religious name and other that do not attention to meaning of them and sometimes the compound names have very bad meaning.

Religious names are Arabic words because of people of Afghanistan do not know the meaning of them and make mistake with naming of their baby accordance to their meaning.

Hezbe Islami Want to Participate in Peace Process

Heze Islami with leadership of Golbudin Hikmatyar want to participate in peace process and its representatives had meeting in Kabul with Peace Council of Afghanistan and emphasized on peace talking among own Afghanistan people.

Hezbe Islami is a political party that started its activities when Soviet Union was in Afghanistan. Hezbe Islami was a party that like other parties fight against Soviet Union and was a powerful party in Afghanistan.

Hezbe Islami also participated in civil war after exit of Soviet Union and when Taliban came in Afghanistan it was not very active and on defeating of Taliban Hezbe Islami activated and stood opposite of Afghanistan parties that was unity before.

Taliban and Hezbe Islami fought against government of Afghanistan up to now and they support by Pakistan according to some reports.

Informants believe that Hezbe Isalmi`s key members joint government of Afghanistan or formed political parties and now Hezbe Islami is not able to continue fight against government of Afghanistan and want to join Afghanistan government and get advantages.

Joining of Hezbe Islami cannot help to ensure peace in Afghanistan and if Pakistan does not honest, peace will not ensure in Afghanistan and Pakistan is able to support other terrorism groups or form the new terrorism groups.
