Addicted persons and poppy cultivation are the two big problem in
Afghanistan that Pul-e- Sorkh is famous place for addicted persons in Kabul the
capital of Afghanistan that addicted live there for day and night for warm and
cold seasons until dying. Kabul is not the only place for addicted, other
provinces also have addicted persons.
Bamyan also have addicted persons that are in the first of Fuladi
valley and other places live in open place day and night that causes some
problem for people, they rob something and stoppage the road of fuladi valley
at night for getting money.
Addicting of children are increasing that is a bad news.
People believe this bad phenomenon came from Iran.
Addicted sell everything very cheap like properties … and even they
sell the families and relatives things that they can. And do not attention to
their families. It is difficult for those who have not another person to
fulfill their expenditure.
Some people also get advantage from addicted and buy the things of
them very cheap.
There is no enough health centers to therapy them.
Government do not attention seriously, and government release the
big smugglers after arresting of them by bribe ….
The law also has problems about smuggling.
People also think about addicted person as a criminal not as a
social problem.
Poverty, jobless, war … are the main reasons of addicting people.
