Teachers taught this year in
Bamyan but they did not get their salaries, some of them from districts of
Bamyan that teach in center of Bamayn or some of teachers are from other provinces
that teach in Bamyan.
Teachers taught in Bamyan for
finding of their salaries, they spent money and some of them borrowed money for
expenditure and their families are waiting for sending of money by a member of
their families that is teacher.
All the things are opposite,
they are not formal teachers, education department of Bamyan did not send their
documents to ministry of education, the department just employ informal
teachers for corruption of themselves because no one know about documents of
informal teachers.
Informal teachers taught about
one year but no one is responsible to pay salary of them, they heard much promised
from many official but each of them did not change to fact.
It is the time that there is no
job for educated persons and 13 million are jobless in Afghanistan, and youth
accept danger of death and try leave this country and go foreign countries that
this year 120 thousand leave Afghanistan because of jobless and security.
High rank officials find much
money from government and no one is satisfied to pay the salary of teachers and
some high rank officials do corruption and no one ask from them and there is no
punishment for them but every bad things are possible to happen with poor
people even taking lives of such people.
Head of Education Department of
Bamyan accused to more than 90 million Afs but he is in ministry of education
and no one punish him, but salary of teachers are nonsense thing for government
of Afghanistan.
