Civil society activities have
started since 2001 in Bamyan and civil society organization started their activities
and civil society activists also played their roles, people knew about civil
society before 2001 no one knew about civil society.
Bamyan Civil Activists at the
first started their works very seriously and played a useful role and show their
abilities.
Now the most problems that civil
activists are facing to them that is lack or shortage of punishment systems,
they research and find the corruption and criminal did not punishment.
Corruption destroyed the systems
and it is difficult to find a government organization that there is no
corruption.
