Rural Rehabilitation program is
a big program in Afghanistan and for developing of rural area and every
villages have council and they implement project in villages.
Some of these projects are not
useful for example they constructed some bridges that they are not usable and
some bridges that they constructed are belong to public ministry and when
public ministry implemented their program they destroyed the bridges that have
made by Rural Rehabilitation Programs.
There is no accountability and responsibility
in Rural councils and they do not implement project according to proposal or
other policy, they implement project as they want and no one ask for them and
they are responsible for people.
rural need to a serious changes
because there are no services according to cities, and other sources are
decreasing like water and plants people are have to come cities and cities are not
good places for them or they go to foreign countries.
There are no youth and they leave
the villages some family that live in rural their expenditure fulfill from a member
of family that work in foreign country.
Government should increase their
services in rural area and change some of the policies and attention at
agriculture, animal husbandry and handicraft industries.
