Increasing of population and decreasing of plants, water in rural, cause hard lives in rural because far villages related to animal husbandry and agriculture and without water and plant agriculture and animal husbandry is difficult.

Shortage of services in far villages another problems for their residences, people have not access to school and school way are very far, a 7 year old should walk 1-2 hours for reaching in class rooms.

There are no good access to health services in far villages, health center are very far and there is no experienced doctors, for common sickness they have to go big cities.

Lack of access to telecommunication and destruction of road is another problems in rural.

No attention of government and natural changes cause to people leave rural and come to cities, or foreign countries, or live in rural with supporting a family member that is abroad.

Bamyan is one of destination of rural residences that there is no enough homes or legal towns, municipality of Bamyan cannot make town for people.

People have to construct home illegally, for construction of home they destroy evergreen places, farms or in red places that are belong to UNESCO, UNESCO also threaten Afghanistan about construction in red places.
