Everything is belong to electricity, working with computer, using from internet, charging of mobile, heating of room, brightness of room… belong to electricity.

Bamyan is a province of Afghanistan that is not electricity for all and all people have problems with electricity that they use from computers and even in brightness of room.

New Zealand spent 15 million USD for providing of electricity in Bamyan by these money they made 2 solar stations in Bamyan and all materials of them came from New Zealand and when they damage no one is able to repair them.

The cost of this electricity is so much and every KW is 25-45 Afs, and it is for very less people that is not enough and it is for government of organizations, NGOs and less people.

This electricity is not for 24 hours a day it divided and according to that people have electricity in a certain time and limit hours.

Bamyan has a lot water and is suitable for constructing hydroelectric and citizens of Bamyan believe if 15 million USD use in hydroelectric it provide a lot electricity and also cheap.

For having electricity citizens of Bamyan did symbolic activities and presented Harikain as a gift (traditional light) to minister of water and electricity, president of Hamed Karzai and Barak Obama and made a square by the name of Harikain in center of Bamyan that the center of all civil activities.
