Quartet peace talking has been
started about a month ago among government of Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and
USA inside of Afghanistan and Pakistan to present Taliban in peace talking
session with government of Afghanistan and ensure in Afghanistan.
The first quartet peace talking
was in Pakistan and the second was in Afghanistan and the third peace talking
conducted in Pakistan that representatives of Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and
USA were present.
The third peace talking was
conducted in Pakistan in 6 Feb 2016 in Pakistan and prepared the role of peace
ways and they approved the role of peace ways.
The role of peace ways has been
mentioned that how to bring Taliban in peace talking and how to ensure in Afghanistan.
The all participants promised
to courage Taliban to participate in peace talking.
The fourth quartet peace
talking will conduct in Afghanistan.
It is the time that USA and UK
boycott the peace council of Afghanistan and announced because of no director
for this committee they do not pay the budget of the committee.
The previous director of peace
council was Rabbani the present foreign minister and the head of peace council
secretariat was Masoom Stanikzai the present head of defend minister of Afghanistan.
After about six month peace council has not any director.
