There is no law about
motorcycling in Afghanistan to punish motorcyclist and if motor cycle crash
with vehicle in every situation motorcyclist is not guilty.
This situation cause that
motorcyclist rides as their wish and provoke many crash in Afghanistan.
As I know motorcyclist do not
follow any law in Afghanistan and the motorcycles do not register in
governmental organizations.
If motorcyclists do any crime it
is difficult to find them and implement law on them.
Motorcyclists ride very fast
and opposite of the law and motor cyclists have not license of motorcycling and
there is no law to pass motorcycling course and exam of it.
The situation request that
motorcyclists have license and pass the course of it and known as a guilty if
they do not observe the terrific law.
