People of Bamyan are busy with agriculture
and animal husbandry from very long times up to now and men and women both of
them are busy to cultivate and having animal husbandry and besides of them
women are busy with handicrafts to prepare the need of family like clothes and floor
and the rest of them sell to market to fulfill another need of the family.
People of Bamyan have music
session in wedding and other times when they are tired from some things on
their lives and they gather and start the different songs and dances that men
and women have the separate songs and dances.
Creative
Because of folk arts and
handicrafts Bamyan province accepted as a creative city in the Network of
cities by UNESCO in Dec 2015 and Bamyan is the only city in central Asia that accepted
as a creative city by UNESCO and it shows the ability and hardworking of people
of Bamyan that in hard situation of Afghanistan, they continue the peaceful lives
and do creative works that is different from other provinces of Afghanistan and
create hope for people of Afghanistan and show the world that besides of war
some people are busy to creative works and think about construction of Afghanistan.
Bamyan also accepted the first
cultural capital of SAARC in 2015 because of two statue of Buddha Shamama and
Salsal, the historic cities of Gholghola and Zuhak, national park of
Band-e-Ameer and other reasons to absorb SAARC attention in Bamyan.
Deprive
There is no electricity in
Bamyan besides of all help of international community in Afghanistan and people
use from kerosene lamps and other traditional light for lighting of their homes.
People of Bamyan live in caves
that people of middle centuries live in caves and have not shelter to live
there that high ranking official in 14 recent year construct building from help
international community.
The high ways which connect
Bamyan to Kabul the capital of Afghanistan is insecure and passengers of central
regions of Afghanistan kidnap, kill there and the highway of north to south
does not construct and the high way of Bamyan Baghlan does not construct and
the high of Kabul-Herat does construct in 14 years that every presidency candidates
like Ghani and Abdullah both of them promised for constructing of them.
The health and educational
services are very poor in Bamyan and they are not suitable according to
geography of Bamyan that is mountainous and cold, no attention in animal
husbandry agriculture and rural area are the other problems that threaten the lives
of population of Bamyan.
