Bamyan
is too cold since 29 Jan 2016 after a big snow, coldness caused that water be
frozen on flowing.
Because
frozen of water we have not electricity in the nigh for 5 night and we use electricity
from solar and battery that charged by solar during the day.
Our electricity
is hydroelectric that is just in night for lighting of bulb and during day we
have not electricity for all times.
Having 24
hours electricity is the great ambition of people but this ambition did not fulfill
by government for all help of international community.
Without
electricity development is impossible because computer, internet, mobile, boiler…
need electricity and without the mentioned equipment the life is like middle
centuries.
What you
do if your room is cold and umbrage and the outside of your room be cold and
snowy?
