Thursday of Bamyan is a program that a person like teacher
of university, student of university and other educated people choose an issue
and collect data about that and present in a program of Thursday then the
participants ask and discuss among themselves for knowing from each other.
Thursday of Bamyan started about three week ago by civil and
cultural activists to enhance information of citizens of Bamyan. This is the
first program that is in continuation in Bamyan.
Today also the Thursday program started with preaching of
Ali Shah Mesbah the head of Afghanistan Independent Election Commission (AIEC)
and he is master in management and he was a civil activists before head of AIEC.
Management of culture was the topic of Mesbah and he start
from definition of culture and describe role, specialization and management of
culture about an hour he talked very fluently. Then people asked about culture
and discuss to know more about culture.
These are the session that conduct in Bamyan in primary
level and continuation of like these sessions are absolutely essential to pass
traditional life.
