Corruption in Security Organizations

Major budget is belong to security organizations in Afghanistan and Afghanistan has 350 thousands troops.

Corruption is a common word in every organizations of Afghanistan and a lot budget in security organizations cause more corruption.

This year some oil contracts of defend minister annulled by government because of corruption.

There is no 350 thousands troops and some of them are not exist just take the salary if them and also some dreamy contract exists.

Corruption is not only in contract but in employment of recruitment is also corruption and employment of troops in peaceful area is by corruption.

The place of job of troops change for getting bribe then troops have to pay the bribe or go to the war place and several troops claimed it.

There is a systematic corruption from ministry continue to a soldier, police officer employ in a position and have to pay money to ministry high ranking officials for this police officer have to get bribe for paying to high ranking officials.

In food contraction of troops are also a lot corruption the food that troops should have cannot prepare by authority and there is no specific M & E by government and CSOs have not any M & E from security organizations and private atmosphere  and interfering of powerful men cause corruption.

And troops have not weapon as they should have and there is no air force and essential equipment.

Now NATO want to help Afghanistan security organizations for every year 4 billion USD until 2020, if the helping of NATO does not manage correctly the helping will misuse and need of security organizations will continue after 2020.
