Governor of Bamyan conducted an advisory meeting today with political parties, Ulama council, journalists, representatives of provincial council, civil society activists, and CSOs, human rights and women rights activists, government officials…

In this meeting governor of Bamyan Muhammad Taher Zuhair presented its report to cabinet and president.

He said that he delivered the problems of Bamyan like lack of electricity in Bamyan and Bamyan is dark and the electricity that has made by PRT it is expensive and not suitable. President Ghani ordered to water and electricity minister that make policy of electricity of Bamyan and he added when civil society activists presented a Harikain (traditional light) to Ismail Khan the previous energy and water minister and he conducted an emergency meeting and ordered that no one speak about electricity of Bamyan because of Bamyan has not policy of electricity.

80% of Bamyan people are busy to agriculture and there is no market for potato and president ordered to sectorial ministers that Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and India are market for potato and ministers should coordinate with the mentioned countries.

Health services are political and health centers are enough but services are very poor.

There is lack of 2000 rooms in education department and there is no dormitory for university of Bmyan.

Governor of Bamyan also mentioned obstacles of Bamyan for implementing of projects.

The first problem is social problems and people prevent from implementation of project and he added if we want to construct a road, people accuse government to discrimination of races because the soul is belong to one tribe and they do not allow to construct road or park…

Misinterpret of civil movements are another problems for example when Iconbery came in Bamyan and Sher Muhammad Karimi was as interpreter on that time people of Bamyan protest against jobless and Karimi translated to Iconbery that the of people of Bamyan support from Iran and America help Taliban and army killed people in the past and that cause less of attention to Bamyan and also when Lura Bosh ad sectorial ministers came in Bamyan people of Bamyan protest for seeking justice and some people misinterpreted.

In this meeting representatives of civil society, Ulama Council, political parties, provincial council presented preach.

Preachers said that they help government for development, fighting against corruption and added people of Bmayn are together and saying of Ubaidullah Barekzai in parliament is not fact and Israeli calling of Bamyan is insult to all people of Bamyan and Alemi one of Tajik preacher said I am a Tajik and saying of Barekzai is not our talking and it is belong himself and he added he will not allow Barekzkai to create racial discrimination and unsecure Bamyan.
