Bamyan recorded in initiative
cities of the world among 47 cities from 33 countries of the world, Bamyan nominated
in UNESCO at Jan 2015 and in Dec accepting as initiative city about culture and
handicrafts.
Bamyan is the first city of
Central Asia that accepted as initiative city and Dubai could not to accept as
initiative city by UNESCO.
Accepting as initiative city is
for development and cooperation among cultures and it is an opportunity that
deprived people of Bamyan change their situation and show the culture and
handicraft industries to the world.
Bamyan is the first capital of
SAARC and hosted some programs in Bamyan in 2015.
Bamyan is the only peaceful city
in Afghanistan that government does not attention to construct or help Bamyan,
Bamyan people also live in caves and have access to social services and primary
services.
