Afghanistan and conquering Afghanistan and arresting some terrorists and kept
them in Guantanamo and in Bagram.
Authority of Bagram prison transferred
to Afghanistan government and President Hamid Karzai striving to release
arrested terrorists from Guantanamo and Bagram.
Hamid Karzai formed a
commission to release terrorists from Bagram prison and the commission released
terrorists.
Released terrorists join back
to terrorism groups and fight against government and people of Afghanistan and
some of them for several times arrested in during fight and released by government.
Politicians and lawyers criticize
that forming of the commission is opposite of Afghanistan law and prisoners
should release by court decisions not with other organizations.
Releasing of terrorism caused serious
fight in Afghanistan and decreased the believing of people to government.
