Provincial council of Bamyan should
monitor from activities of local government and development projects of Bamyan,
Advice local government of Bamyan, decrease violence against women based on
gender and decrease poppy cultivation… according to laws of Afghanistan.
Provincial council of Bamyan is
not active and do not play its role actively for development of Bamyan and all
provincial council members are busy to private works and they are not present
in the council.
Provincial council members are
not eligible for their position and they have not enough education to be
important for development of Bamyan and do not know about their role in good
governance.
Provincial council members are
belong to political parties and collect votes for equipment of parties and with
budget of political parties or provincial council members are wealthy and
bought the votes of people with money.
People are illiterate and vote
based on money and political parties and never vote for the people who have
plan for working to develop Bamyan.
