Employment in Afghanistan

  

Jobless is common in Afghanistan and employing in an organization is so difficult without helping of a powerful men and women and if you cannot find a powerful men and women you cannot find a job even you have PHD degree from reliable university of the world and with a high key skills about open vacancy.

Sending thousands of CV with Application letters to NGO, INGO and CSO and filling the form of governmental organization are nonsense if you have not friend from within organizations and knowing a powerful men and women outside of organizations.

Youth of Afghanistan are busy to write CV and Interest Letters about vacancy to employers with no result even without calling to interview and it is common to collect CV for completion of Admin procedure and they are not considerable.

Employment in NGO, INGO and CSO are not transparent and those people employ to have a good relationship within organizations and out of organizations and employers ask from applicants for knowing a famous men and women and for hearing no answer employer reject the applicants.

Employment without completions of procedure is in continuation but in some case the employment who are employed and his/her job advertise to deceive donors and make busy applicants without no result.

There are a lot people who graduated from universities and they are jobless and there are many people who did not graduate from university and have high position in governmental organizations and NGO, INGO and CSO in Afghanistan.
