Thursday of Bamyan

Thursday of Bamyan is a program that a person like teacher of university, student of university and other educated people choose an issue and collect data about that and present in a program of Thursday then the participants ask and discuss among themselves for knowing from each other.

Thursday of Bamyan started about three week ago by civil and cultural activists to enhance information of citizens of Bamyan. This is the first program that is in continuation in Bamyan.

Today also the Thursday program started with preaching of Ali Shah Mesbah the head of Afghanistan Independent Election Commission (AIEC) and he is master in management and he was a civil activists before head of AIEC.

Management of culture was the topic of Mesbah and he start from definition of culture and describe role, specialization and management of culture about an hour he talked very fluently. Then people asked about culture and discuss to know more about culture.

These are the session that conduct in Bamyan in primary level and continuation of like these sessions are absolutely essential to pass traditional life.

Advisory Meeting

  

Governor of Bamyan conducted an advisory meeting today with political parties, Ulama council, journalists, representatives of provincial council, civil society activists, and CSOs, human rights and women rights activists, government officials…

In this meeting governor of Bamyan Muhammad Taher Zuhair presented its report to cabinet and president.

He said that he delivered the problems of Bamyan like lack of electricity in Bamyan and Bamyan is dark and the electricity that has made by PRT it is expensive and not suitable. President Ghani ordered to water and electricity minister that make policy of electricity of Bamyan and he added when civil society activists presented a Harikain (traditional light) to Ismail Khan the previous energy and water minister and he conducted an emergency meeting and ordered that no one speak about electricity of Bamyan because of Bamyan has not policy of electricity.

80% of Bamyan people are busy to agriculture and there is no market for potato and president ordered to sectorial ministers that Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and India are market for potato and ministers should coordinate with the mentioned countries.

Health services are political and health centers are enough but services are very poor.

There is lack of 2000 rooms in education department and there is no dormitory for university of Bmyan.

Governor of Bamyan also mentioned obstacles of Bamyan for implementing of projects.

The first problem is social problems and people prevent from implementation of project and he added if we want to construct a road, people accuse government to discrimination of races because the soul is belong to one tribe and they do not allow to construct road or park…

Misinterpret of civil movements are another problems for example when Iconbery came in Bamyan and Sher Muhammad Karimi was as interpreter on that time people of Bamyan protest against jobless and Karimi translated to Iconbery that the of people of Bamyan support from Iran and America help Taliban and army killed people in the past and that cause less of attention to Bamyan and also when Lura Bosh ad sectorial ministers came in Bamyan people of Bamyan protest for seeking justice and some people misinterpreted.

In this meeting representatives of civil society, Ulama Council, political parties, provincial council presented preach.

Preachers said that they help government for development, fighting against corruption and added people of Bmayn are together and saying of Ubaidullah Barekzai in parliament is not fact and Israeli calling of Bamyan is insult to all people of Bamyan and Alemi one of Tajik preacher said I am a Tajik and saying of Barekzai is not our talking and it is belong himself and he added he will not allow Barekzkai to create racial discrimination and unsecure Bamyan. 

First Radio of ISIS in Afghanistan

First radio of ISIS started its activity in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan from unknown place by the name of Caliphate Sound.

The radio broadcasts the issues of opposite of government and invite from youth to join ISIS and this radio broadcast its issues to all districts of Nangarhar.

Head of Information and Culture Department of Nangarhar province is not aware about the radio and spokesman of governor of Nangarhar said the radio will find and stop its work.

Head of American force said in Nangarhar come ISIS terrorists from Syria and Iraq and make the Nangarhar the center of ISIS and then transfer to north provinces.

It is predicated that in summer Afghanistan troops will busy to several fight in Afghanistan.

According to research sacrificed troops of Afghanistan increased 27 % this year and Afghanistan troops fight bravely against terrorists.

Vice of spokesman of defend minister accepted increasing of sacrificed of troops and declared without help of NATO Afghanistan troops cannot defeat terrorists and the fight is not only fight of Afghanistan and it is belong to the world. 

Choosing Commission of Election Commissioners

Choosing Commission of Election Commissioners introduced by Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan today with 7 members from civil society, media, Supreme Court, Afghanistan Independent Human Right Commission, Commission of Implementation to monitoring of constitution…

The commission will start its work tomorrow with a preliminary meeting after months waiting.

This commission will introduce the Election Commissioners instead of exist commissioners, the existence commissioners are accused that could not manage correctly the previous presidency election that continued about one year that has not specific result and formed National Unity Government and power distribute fifty, fifty between Abdullah Abdullah and Ghani.

All people are waiting to conduct Parliamentary Election as soon as possible with an acceptable result and people are tired from conflict of presidency election.

Parliamentary election should conduct about 8 months ago but government could not hold and the budget of election returned to donor countries.

Initiative and Forgotten City

Bamyan selected as initiative city by UNESCO in Dec 2015 about its handicrafts industries and native arts of Bamyan people and became the member of initiative city beside of 46 other cities from 33 countries and Bamyan is the first initiative city in central Asia.

Bamyan is the first cultural capital of SAARC in 2015 and it started with various cultural programs in Bamyan with presence of high positions of members of SAARC countries and held handicraft industry exhibitions and local music program…

Bamyan selected as cultural capital of SAARC from historical places like to statues of Buddha by the name of Salsal and Shamama and Gholghola and Zuhak cities and Band Amir the National Park and historical places also recorded in UNESCO.

Bamyan can be a good place to tourists and tourists from all country like to come in Bamyan but the ways of Bamyan is not secure and there is no suitable airport and air lines for tourists.

Government does not attention to Bamyan and prepare facilities for coming of tourists in Bamyan, and there is no construction with helping of world countries and government does not assign enough budget to absorb tourists in Bamyan.

Handicraft and Selecting of Bamyan as Initiative City

Bamyan is a traditional province of Afghanistan and people traditionally fulfill their expenditure of their family with agriculture and animal husbandry besides of them women are busy with traditional handicrafts.

Women are busy with handicrafts and provide the clothes from productions of animal like sheep and goat and shave the hair of them and make like tie and they provide as coat, pant, hat, grave, sock, carpet…

Now all of them replaced to production of Pakistan, china… industries with low quality. Now people cannot provide handicraft like past times because it is expensive and there is no market for handicrafts.

Women are jobless cannot provide handicrafts as they want and they want from government to find worldly market for them and some exhibitions are not enough for their products in Afghanistan. If government attention to handicraft and micro economy it can provide thousands of job opportunities for women and even men.

Bamyan selected an initiative city by UNESCO in December 2015 and nominated in January 2015, Bamyan selected as initiative city about handicrafts and native arts.

All people hope that selecting of Bamyan as initiative province create opportunity that handicrafts of Bamyan introduce to world and create job opportunities for women and help economy of Afghanistan.  

Dewrand Line

Dewrand Line a border between Pakistan and Afghanistan some people inside of Afghanistan do not accept this border and claim this border imposed to Afghanistan and it is not acceptable that create conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan and for this Pakistan interfere to Afghanistan, help Taliban and Pakistan does not want a peaceful Afghanistan.

Ashraf Ghani the president of Afghanistan called people of over side of Dewrand line refugees and Hamid Karzai the previous president Hamid Karzai with an announcement said people of over side of Dewrand are not refugees and they are citizens of Afghanistan and transferred from one home to another home and they have the right of native citizens.

Some representatives in Upper House of Parliament called Dewrand Line is not acceptable for people of Afghanistan and it is imposed border.

Ghani the president of Afghanistan said accepting of Dewrand Line is belong to people of Afghanistan and he did not talk about this border with Pakistan and Pakistan also. Ghani said they just talked about economy.

Inside of Afghanistan there are a lot of people who are agree and opposite of Dewrand Line.
