Jula is a valley in Shibar district of Bamyan province there is watercourse
that is build by girls it has also a story among people, people say in the long
past boys and girls had a competition, the competition was making of watercourse
through a mountain. During the competition girls deceive boys and one of them
waking along the mountain and other of them working very hard, while boys saw
the girl walking along the mountain they did not working just watch the girl,
because this deceiving girl build the watercourse through mountain and boys
could not.
