Terrorism Groups in 20 Provinces of Afghanistan

Terrorism from different groups and different countries are in 20 provinces of Afghanistan and do terror activation against people and government of Afghanistan in different ways like suicide attack, fight against national forces of Afghanistan, preach against government of Afghanistan and treat people to accept them.

People of Afghanistan live in their country with no rest and see all the times all kinds of terror that are impossible for a human to do them against other human in every situation like killing of children and women…

The insecurity when increased which the NATO forces wanted to leave Afghanistan and National forces of Afghanistan should ensure peace in Afghanistan by themselves and fight against international terrorism independently.

leaving of NATO galvanized strengthen moral among terrorism groups in Afghanistan and created hope to success in Afghanistan and defeat government of Afghanistan and form a government with ruling of terrorism.

No cooperation among national forces of Afghanistan also the reason of getting power of terrorism in Afghanistan and security ministries are without ministers in Afghanistan and Security ministries are based on political without proficiency.

Behave with terrorism is based on nationality also create obstacle for fighting against terrorism some people who are in high ranking officials of Afghanistan and believe that terrorism groups are belong their nationality support terrorism like Dand-e-Shahabbudin of Baghlan province of Afghanistan.

No political decision to to fight against terrorism in Afghanistan also cause strengthen of Afghanistan like Karzai the previous president of Afghanistan call terrorism no satisfaction brothers and Ghani the present president of Afghanistan call political oppositions…

Chief of Some Governmental Organizations Are Changing

With forming of National Unity Government in Afghanistan the chief of some organizations are changed and some of them are changing in Bamyan province of Afghanistan.

Some Chiefs who came as the new chiefs of the governmental organizations are youth with no enough experience on the relevant field and employed by a political party and it cause that organizations should not reform to present good services for people.

Interfering of political party in employment of governmental organizations make the quality of services low and employ the people who are belong to a political party with no enough proficiency on employed field.

Political party for employment have request of doing according to party want like employment of other staffs of the organizations based on party requests and all the things should running based on political party desire otherwise you will lose the position.

Without helping of political party it is impossible to employ as a chief of governmental organization all organizations divided among political parties of Afghanistan that galvanize a big challenges for development and reforming of the country.

Fighting against corruption and present service by local government of Banyan province is based on political issues, the people who are belong to specific party are free to do corruption with no following of judicial.   

Entrance University Exam Announce

Pre-university Exam announced in Afghanistan today with minister of Higher Education but the result is not in Website of ministry of Higher Education until now.

Many people are waiting to know the result of their pre university exam and they hope to success in Higher Education on desired department as they want and selected.

Entrance Exam of university held in every province and student participate there with complete ready to answer all the questions with selecting of 7 departments in different universities of Afghanistan.

All students do not success on their desired sections and some of them success to opposite of their desired departments that cause to continue their reading as they do not want or leave the studying.

Transparency of Entrance Exam of University is under question and also there are a lot of applicants to want success in university but the university capacity is not for all and accept few students and the rest should be without results.

No succeeded of many students in pre university of exam also cause another problems for the poor country like Afghanistan that all students are not able to continue their study on private universities based on money.

Kidnapping Continue in Highways

Highways did not make secure in Afghanistan and specially highways which connect central regions of Afghanistan to Kabul the capital of Afghanistan are not secure and people cannot take trip easily.

The highways through of Bamyan-Kabul through Parwan is insecure about a month ago many people kidnapped there with local police and kept in present to get money from families of them.

Highways of Banyan-Kabul through Maidan Wardak made also insecure and about one week three boys kidnapped there by Terrorism group and want from their families 100 USD to release them.

The local police who kidnap casualties in Parwan belong to Jamiat Islami with leadership of Salahudin Rabbani and its high members are Abdullah Abdullah the executive chief of Afghanistan and Ata Muhammad Noor the governor of Balkh province.

National Unity Government promised people to make secure the highways of central regions of Afghanistan and release central regions of Afghanistan from natural prison but did not do and now themselves party make insecure the highways.

The Present Government Is Booty

Representative of Hezbe Islami mentioned that some people in government of Afghanistan believe the present government is Booty and make harmful the peace talking process.

Representative of Hezbe Islami mentioned that peace talking between government of Afghanistan and Hezbe Islami started about 18 months ago and he emphasized Hezbe Islami believe that president Ghani is honest for ensuring peace in Afghanistan.

Representative of Hezbe Islami mentioned there are majority of Taliban who are waiting for peace talking between government of Afghanistan and Hezbe Islami and after Hezbe Islami they will present in peace talking with government of Afghanistan.

Representative of Hezbe Islami rejected all advantages from this talking and said it is lie that Hezbe Islami want to 2 ministries in Afghanistan and he also rejected sacrificing of casualties By Hezbe Islami and said Hezbe Islami fight against foreign forces.

Representatives of Hezbe Islami are in Kabul to talk with government of Afghanistan about ensuring peace in Afghanistan but some informants believe Hezbe Islami members joint government of Afghanistan and have high positions and only joining of Golbudin Hekmatyar cannot help for peace process in Afghanistan.

Solar Electricity in Banyan

Afghanistan is an important country with having 360 day sunny in  a year and it is a big opportunity to produce electricity from sun shining and wind for producing electricity in Afghanistan instead of import of electricity from neighbor countries.

Now Afghanistan has not any important base to produce electricity for people of Afghanistan and prevent from import of electricity of neighbor countries to big cities of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan import electricity from Central Asian countries in some big provinces of Afghanistan and will import some other electricity in Afghanistan with the projects name of KASA 1000 and TUTAP.

Electricity policy of Afghanistan is according to import electricity and based on this people Bamyan will not has electricity up to 2032.

Bamyan is a dark province of Afghanistan with no electricity for all people and there is some small base of solar to produce electricity for governmental organizations and few villages in center of Bamyan.

The small solar base made by the help of New Zealand country with the budget of 15 million USD with the system that staffs of Breshna is not familiar and when the system get damage the repairing should do with advice of New Zealand engineers from New Zealand and the material of the base does not find in Afghanistan.

The cost of electricity in Bamyan is very expensive that other provinces of Afghanistan pay for every kw 2-3 Afs and people of Bamyan pay for every kw 25-45 Afs and there is also corruption in electricity of Bamyan because the system set up when the weather is cloudy generator should start working automatically but Breshna make empty the fuel of generator for private using.

Informants believe if 15 million USD spent to constructing of hydroelectric it will be better in quality and cost because Bamyan has a lot of water for producing of hydroelectric. 

Poppy Cultivation under the Control of Government in Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a big producer of poppy in the world in the time that NATO forces are in Afghanistan with the goals of fighting against terrorism and Cultivation smuggling.

In Helmand province of Afghanistan poppy cultivate under the control of government of Afghanistan with no action of government against poppy cultivation and it is the time to collect the crops of poppy in Helmand.

The ministry of fighting against drug is also in Afghanistan and the police to fight against drug is also with no reaction about poppy cultivation under the control of government of Afghanistan in Helmand.

Informants believe that no political decision to remove poppy cultivation in Afghanistan galvanize to increase poppy cultivation besides of increasing of terrorism activations.

International community spent a lot money for removing poppy cultivation in Afghanistan that only USA spent 7 billion USD for fighting against poppy cultivation but poppy cultivation did not decrease and ongoing year poppy cultivation increased.

Cultivation of poppy is a big supporter of terrorism groups in Afghanistan and according to some reports annually the cost of poppy cultivation crop is 70 billion USD that only 2.5 billion return to farmers of Afghanistan the rest money return to Mafia.
